It says it's a 2 minute walk from the station, but the entrance is on the opposite side of the station, so if you have luggage it might be a 5 minute walk. The elevators are always crowded, so you don't feel like you're on a trip. At breakfast, I felt sorry for the staff as they said things like "I feel like I'm going to fall down" every time we passed each other. Hot springs are the best.

I stayed here for one night on the 13th or 14th.It was a room where smoking was allowed, but there was a strong smell of cigarettes. If you don't mind, it's not a problem. The bathtub in the room is so shallow that you can soak up to your shoulders. , an underground hot spring? I didn't go to Niwa so I don't know, but regarding the food, there is no late night snack option, and there is an izakaya on the first floor. Yes, but I was told that I was not allowed to smoke because I was traveling with small children. There was a sign saying that if the hotel was on the top 14th floor and the hotel was crowded, breakfast would be limited to hotel guests only. Ah...it's a parking lot, but cars with low roofs were parked in the multi-story parking lot, and wagons, RVs, and SUVs were parked in the Times parking lot across the street. There is no parking fee! That's all

It's expensive and I don't stay there often, but it's a nice hotel with a large public bath, izakaya, bar, etc.

I can't help it, but the room had a strong old smell. The smell was even on my clothes. When the hot springs are crowded, they feel quite small. The sauna was nice, but there were only two chairs and one was under the shower, so I hesitated to sit...The cleaning of the room was more appropriate.Even though I just arrived, there was trash from empty plastic bottles under the drawer. The bed shelf was covered in dust...Since it is a place to sleep, I want you to maintain a minimum level of cleanliness.

This is a kind hotel that gives preferential treatment to people who want to take a hot spring bath without having to pay.Double bed room.A long table and one chair.A toothbrush, towels, kettle, and cups are always provided in the room.Lotion, toothbrushes, brushes, instant coffee, and green tea are available near the front desk for you to use.The bathtub, shower, and toilet are washlets. There is a small closet, and there is also deodorizing spray.

The curtains in the bathroom had a bad smell, and I tried to put up with it, but then I started getting a headache and started to feel nauseous, so I had them replaced. The housekeeper should have noticed the bad smell, so I wonder why they left it there.

The staff was highly rated overall.Public baths may cause discomfort depending on the group of users. (Etiquette problem for young people)However, there are staff members who can help with that. The breakfast was so extravagant that I was sorry for my mistake in organizing it on the first day, so on the second day I kept it moderate but ended up feeling full (lol). It's very convenient as it's close to the station, AEON, and rental car shops.I think it's good that you don't have to waste anything because you only need to pick up the amenities you need.
