An inn run by a Chinese company.Anyway, the response is surprisingly poor, so be careful.I tried contacting the contact information listed on the website, but no one answered.Even though I tried to contact them every day, there was no sign that they would answer or call me back, so I contacted the head office and was told that the head office and the manager of this inn were communicating via LINE.A few hours later, I finally got a call back from the manager, but it had already been 5 days since I first contacted him. Moreover, I can hardly understand Japanese, so there is no point in contacting them. The response from the head office was also very high-pressure, and I was in a lot of trouble, laughing when I was talking seriously, and suddenly getting angry. This inn is run by a Chinese company. If you want to stay in a real Japanese house or ryokan, don't stay here.Your experience staying here is by no means Japanese. This company is made up of only Chinese.Even if you call the phone number listed on the HP, it will not connect.Even when I called the head office and talked to the manager, she didn't understand Japanese.also, I don't know if I can speak English with her.Chinese is fine.I hope you don't think this is Japan when you stay at this inn. There are many good lodgings in Kyoto, so you should stay in a traditional inn instead of the price.

It's cheap and convenient, but there are some things that are a step further.ProsThe price is reasonable and the location is not bad. The nearest bus stop is Toji Nishimon-mae, and it takes about 10 minutes to Kyoto Station by bus number 16. To go to Shijo, just pass through Toji Temple and go to the east gate, where there are many buses. The inside of the house is larger than it looks, and since it has been renovated, the facilities "look" nice. *Details will be explained laterResponses to inquiries are quick. It's helpful that Netflix is included. Can hold 2 bicycles. One is in front of the entrance. One car went to Sanwato.Cons[Hygiene] Cleaning at check-in was extremely inadequate. Dust accumulates freely. When you walk barefoot, hair and dust stick to the soles of your feet, making you uncomfortable. The bed frame was also full of dust. There were used diapers left in the trash by the previous guest. The filter for the ice maker in the refrigerator was dark and looked like mold had grown on it. There is also mold growing on the bathroom walls. Clean everything upon arrival. There were full-sized centipedes and cockroaches. There is an insecticide in the fusuma near the entrance, so use it to kill it. There were also rats or weasels in the attic (between the first and second floors). I can hear the sound of running. When I poke it from below with a stick, it starts running again. By the end of the night, he seemed to have gone somewhere, and I could no longer hear his footsteps. Maybe it can't be helped because it's an old house, but I'm worried about hygiene.【Facility】I don't have a wardrobe. My room becomes a mess because I can't put my clothes anywhere. If you are staying for a long time, try assembling cardboard etc. into a chest of drawers. There is no washing basket and no place to put washed dishes. Inconvenient for those who cook. (Buy and install for 100 yen)There's no clock in the room. I would like to have some wall clocks attached. As for cooking utensils, I wanted at least a colander and a bowl. Not having a doorbell is inconvenient. I took the liberty of posting a sign on the front door saying, ``Please knock,'' but it was difficult to hear even if someone knocked. Also, there is no mailbox. I prepared a paper bag at the front door and put it out in front of the eaves with the words ``mail here'' written on it, but it didn't look good.[Take out the trash]I had inquired in advance about taking out the trash as I was staying for several nights, but was told to follow the instructions given at the time of my stay. However, there is actually no guide anywhere in the room. When I inquired again, I was told that I could put it in the garbage box at the front door and it would be disposed of. However, no matter how much time passes, the garbage is not collected. When I contacted them again, I learned that they would not collect the items unless I asked them to do so. If trash accumulates, please contact your contact information.I've written a lot about it, but since it's the place I stayed for a month and I'm attached to it, I can't give it a low star. I hope that they will continue to do their best in business and contribute to this region.
