It was the worst love hotel I've ever been to.I guess it can't be helped because it's in the downtown area?The customer service from the female staff was good, but everything else was so bad that I didn't want to give it even one star.My first impression when I entered the room was that it was a completely business hotel.The bath and toilet are in the same unit bath. No changing room.Bath salts were also available in the amenities and at the front desk, but I couldn't use them because they were separated by a shower curtain and the bathtub was small.There's no way two people could go in together.Please be careful as the water will leak from under the sink if you drain the hot water from the bathtub (this seems to be the design).Also, the iron is dirty. It's too dirty.As you can see at a glance, the rubber part has deteriorated and is sticky, so I don't want to touch it. If you look closely, you can see hair stuck to the sticky parts.I could barely use the hair dryer, but...Why was the iron left in that condition?The staff were supposed to come in for cleaning, so there's no way they wouldn't notice, right?It was the first time I stayed at a love hotel with my current boyfriend, but the guy who made the reservation was so depressed that I couldn't watch it.People who go here should think that this is a hotel exclusively for delivery health. Not for couples.

To avoid getting caught in the rush to get home from the fireworks festival, we made a reservation in advance and stayed here. The fireworks festival special price was 18,000 yen. The room was like a renovated business hotel and was small, and the bath was a unit bath with a broken shower head.For some reason, there was something like plastic wrap wrapped around the hair dryer, so I didn't really want to use it.The customer service was an elderly woman. Good impression with a low waist.The surrounding restaurants were full of fireworks customers, so when I went back to eat at the hotel, I was turned away because they said, ``There's no one to make it.''I wish they would have secured the number of employees if they expected it to be so busy that they would charge special rates.I would have given it a 5 star rating if it were only given by the woman serving the customers, but I was disappointed because the rooms and services were not worth the price.

I used this company based on a recommendation from a website, but the customer service was extremely poor.I think it's a busy hotel in the city, but I still felt it was to some extent. By the way, it was November 8, 2022.The room was clean, but it's a shame.( ;∀;)
