I had no choice but to stay there for over a month due to work, but despite the high cost of accommodation, the facilities were old and the room was small.There are no major hotel chains in this area, and there are only three privately run hotels, so there are no competitors and accommodation prices are set at a bargain price.The service is not good enough considering the cost of accommodation.The toilet bowl was dirty with blackheads.Due to the air conditioning throughout the building, even when it was hot or cool at the change of seasons, we were asked to open the windows if it was hot.When I opened the window, I could hear the train noise as it was close to the station.Breakfast also lacks a repertoire.Can't you at least choose the dressing?There was even a hair in my salad.I think this hotel is really bad.I will never stay there again.

Even if you book a double, the bed is small. Customer service is good. There are almost no restaurants where you can eat late at night around JR Ibaraki Station.

A business hotel with small rooms that could be found anywhere. Breakfast was included, but I had a choice of Western food sets such as rolls and sausages. Even if it wasn't a buffet, I would have liked to at least be able to choose between Western and Japanese food.

The room is clean and the front desk staff is courteous, but there is no shaving razor in the amenities, and I can't afford to buy one. It would be nice to have to pay for it, but I was surprised at the decision not to include it. What will those who need it do? (I ended up going to the 100 yen shop in front of the station in the cold to buy it.)And the dryer is a fixed type with a jokey output. It never dries no matter how long it takes. You can buy a decent hair dryer for 2-3000 yen these days, so why skimp on that?This is a hotel that is difficult to understand. It's a waste even though the location is good.

My impressions after staying for 2 nights: First of all, the bathroom was quite dirty, and the cleaning staff threw away my belongings, but when I contacted the front desk, they didn't do anything about it, so I had no choice but to give up. . The only amenities I had were a toothbrush, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap, so I only used the body soap, but when I washed my body with it, I felt like my whole body was aching. There are no outlets near the bed, so I think you'll need a longer card. These are my impressions after 2 nights.

Hair falls on the edge of the bathtub.I wonder what era the hair dryer in the bathroom is ☝️There are memory foam pillows at the front desk, so I asked for a hair dryer and they brought it out right away.We recommend bringing your own hair dryer 👌The entire building is air-conditioned, and the rooms have new air conditioners, but there is no remote control anywhere 😱What is the air conditioner for?It looks like a room decoration!! ️There are no body towels either.Also, I don't have a room card key, just a regular key🔑.The door opens when you point at the key and turn the knob. ️Enter the room and point the key into the keyhole in the dark to turn on the lights in the room 😅

This is a well maintained hotel. Not only the rooms but also the hallways and entrances had been carefully cleaned and felt clean. As for equipment, there is a refrigerator in the room, and the room is equipped with free Wi-Fi. The good thing is that the bath is the same size as other business hotels, but the amount of hot water from the shower and faucet was very large, so it was comfortable to bathe. The point I'm concerned about is that the air conditioner is centrally managed, so fine adjustments are not effective.The hotel has a good location in front of the station, and has a high average score considering the price and comfort of the stay.

I used it for sightseeing.It's a good location right next to the station. However, I think it might be difficult if you come by car. The parking lot you are directed to is really far away... My companion said that if there was a nearby Times store open, I'd recommend going there.The room is small. But it was clean. It was a single room, but the bed was spacious and comfortable.The staff were also polite and nice.There are very few amenities, so we recommend bringing your own. Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, toothbrush (available at the front desk), and the hair dryer provided. There were no razors, combs, etc. Is there a press iron for suits in the room? And there is deodorizing spray.I'm a smoker, so I was in a smoking room, but the only way to ventilate the room was by opening the window a little...I thought it would have been nice to have some ventilation or an air purifier.Open the window + deodorant spray to repel it for now (lol)Breakfast is very filling!It was delicious.

I was worried because the reviews were so bad, but the staff's customer service was satisfactory. I have no particular complaints. However, the facility is old and small. I thought, this is what happens when there is no competition. I can't believe the price (8000 yen). For 6000 yen, it's at an acceptable level. A few years ago, when I was working part-time at a hotel, customer reviews said how old the facilities were, but it wasn't all that bad.The design of the bed, the size and thickness of the TV screen, and the plumbing all give a sense of the times.Additionally, the air conditioner and refrigerator are noisy.There is a regular air conditioner in the room, but apparently it's not working. This is a type of air conditioner that is built into the room and is controlled by a dial next to the bed, similar to an in-house air conditioner (?). Why can't I use that air conditioner? Currently, the temperature cannot be adjusted, which is very inconvenient.
