Good price and good locationI was worried about soundproofing, but maybe it was because the rooms next door were quiet, but there was no problem. The exhaust fan above the door was always running. There was some noise, but overall satisfied!

It's a great place to use as a turning point. If you're thinking about walking, you can get to any tourist attraction within 30 minutes on foot, and there's a subway station and bus stop right in front of the place, so it's easy to get around.

The soundproofing is really bad...and the shower booth is too narrow. However, the location is good and the bed is comfortable.

Even though it's closer to Tenjin Minami Station, the room is good for the price and it's close to places to go. It was a bit difficult to find, but it's in a building with a beer restaurant (Grand Mirage) on the first floor.

Stayed for 4 days and 3 nights on a family trip (2 adults + 2 children). The picture is of the Superior Family Room (Room 502). Self check-in after 16:00 at the pad at the entrance (contact information or reservation number required).[merit]1) Very good location: 5 minutes from Tenjin Underground Shopping Mall, with drug stores, restaurants, and shopping streets nearby.2) The room is spacious: 3 beds. If you put two large beds together, it's good for children to sleep against the wall as a guard.3) Self-storage of carrier available: Self-storage area/wire/lock provided at the entrance[disadvantage]1) If you are sensitive to cleaning, go to a hotel. It is an exposed floor and there is a lot of dust (window can be opened for ventilation)2) The sofa broke down (creaked), and the TV only showed terrestrial channels. In conclusion, it is recommended for 3-4 people for sleeping as it is easily accessible (since it is an unmanned accommodation, you can contact the manager via chat/email)

BAD "HOTEL". The ceiling leaks and drops plaster on you while you sleep. It's super expensive, like the most expensive place we stayed at in all of Japan (Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka) and by far the worst. One of our nights cost around $50 while another somehow cost $200. The double bed option is falsely advertised as having a "private bathroom" but there is only the two communal toilets in the common area -- they include pictures of the communal bathrooms to make it seem like they're inside the room. And you can't use the bathroom without a leak in the ceiling dripping on you.  There is a communal kitchen but no microwave (who would cook in this terrible kitchen?). They have to have a loud exhaust fan in all the rooms that you cannot turn off. DO NOT BELIEVE THE PICTURES THEY POSTED IT DOESN'T LOOK LIKE THAT IN THE ROOMS. IVE STAYED IN HOSTELS MUCH NICER THAN THIS. SHAME ON YOU MIZUKA IMAIZUMI. STAY AWAY.

The location is good, but the soundproofing is not good at all. The single person mat only covers the slightly smelly bed with a sheet. Da Nang is not like this either. I'd rather spend a little more money and go somewhere else. The bathroom is also shared and you can't bend over in the shower room. It would be better to use a shared shower room. Check-in time is not too short. I'll just go to apa... ㅠ

There is no soundproofing at all. You can hear sounds and voices as if there was only one board in between from the room next door. I think the sounds of daily life here are also missing.I can't sleep if there's noise late at night. I asked the staff to let me know, but it didn't improve. The toilet was not in the room, it was shared in the hallway. I didn't use it because I was scared because there were a lot of people from other countries.Good location, but I won't stay there again.
