The room was small, but the quality of the breakfast buffet was good ☆4I was very satisfied with the large number of items.I'm a Diamond member, but it may be difficult to upgrade compared to other Hiltons. It was a barely separate room. lolAre there few drinks in the executive lounge? There was also no draft beer. I think the food is delicious. Some people said that the number of items was small, but I guess it's something like this ^ ^

The location is good. The staff is very patient and friendly. They called a taxi for us and helped me carry my luggage. The breakfast was also delicious. I hope I can come back again next time.

I wanted to choose this hotel because it was near Kyoto Station. I paid in advance. I thought it would be cheaper, but it didn't. Later I found out that the price was lower than the price I paid in advance, so I called Hilton customer service, Hilton customer service asked me what I wanted to do. I wanted to say that my husband and I are both birthdays in October. Otherwise, they could just upgrade us to a better room and indicate our birthday. As a result, the check-in was given to the lowest 2 Floor. I am a Hilton Gold Card member. Although I am not a high-level card member, I can still upgrade it depending on room availability. I was given a room on the second floor. This should be the lowest floor I have ever stayed in a hotel. Well, I didn’t get an upgrade. Forget it, the lady at the counter asked me to use a credit card to guarantee it. The credit card I provided told me that it couldn't be swiped. I had no problem swiping that card when I bought JR tickets from Nagoya. I also used that card when I went to eat shabu-shabu later. No problem, but your hotel couldn't swipe the card and said there was something wrong with my card (feeling very bad). Later, when I gave the room card, it didn't tell me that the gold card can send breakfast. It asked us to ask before telling me that this kind of service is really good. It's too bad, Kyoto Hilton has been blacklisted by me, there will be no next time! The counter alone gives people a very bad feeling! She didn't even ask where the guest room elevator was. When we came down to eat, she even pointed out the direction of the elevator to other guests! Oh, what’s also bad is that Gold members can’t cancel their membership! Nothing works. What’s the use of getting a gold card? It really can’t be compared with Marriott!

Location and service are also recommended. The location is not far from the station, but Kyoto Station is quite large and has many exits. It is far to the central exit. Most buses going to major tourist attractions are in the direction of Kyoto Tower, and the direction toward Kyoto Tower is busier.Tokyo, Hiroshima, Nagoya, OsakaAlthough I stayed at a Hilton hotel, I was mostly satisfied. But here in Kyoto, the double treeA slightly damp smell in the hotel room, and breakfast restaurant food that is not refilled even when it is empty. The attitude of the front desk staff when I asked for a cell phone charger, telling me to use a Brata water purifier for tap water when I could have used a glass bottle, etc. I'm surprised that this is a Hilton hotel with such service and room conditions.

It takes less than 10 minutes on foot from Kyoto Station. The interior and exterior of the building are very clean. It was a point stay.I had booked an executive king with points, but I was upgraded to an executive twin, and I could see Kyoto Tower and the Shinkansen running from the room. The bus has a washing areaI had a very comfortable timeThe lounge has a nice view and is a comfortable space.Guests can receive Doubletree chocolate chip cookies 🍪 These are so delicious 😋They also sell souvenirs, so I bought some. The lounge was very popular and filled up quickly during cocktail hour.More dishes will be added, but the menu changes, so we recommend going early. There are also a wide variety of alcoholic beverages. As it is very popular, I would like to repeat it again.Thank you.It was Saishu💕
