A compact hotel.I stayed in a double room for one night while on a business trip.My honest opinion is that it's for people who don't want to spend money on accommodation.The interior looks like an apartment that was forced to stay overnight. As mentioned in other reviews, I almost fell down on the steps when I entered. I knew this beforehand, but the steps were higher than I expected.All check-ins are done remotely, a system that cuts labor costs as much as possible. Security is not good, so you have to manage it yourself.Unfortunately, the cleaning was not very good. The windows were not cleaned and there was a lot of dust.It reminded me of a prison-like hotel in Hong Kong where I saved money and stayed at a hotel when I was a student. . Maybe for foreigners.The location is good, so it might be good for people who don't want to spend money on a place to sleep.

About 5 minutes from Nishitetsu Fukuoka.It's in a convenient location, as it's in the downtown area where you can go drinking and there's a Donki nearby.It's a little hard to tell, but the first floor is a restaurant, and if you walk past it, you'll find the entrance to the building.When you go up to the 3rd floor, you will see a hotel.Since it is a non-face-to-face CI, there is no staff.The room has a concrete interior.The futons are clean and it's enough for just sleeping.[Points I was concerned about]・The shower curtain looks like a 100-yen store, it's flimsy and doesn't provide much protection.・The dryer was dirty-Easy to hear the voices next doorI guess that's about it.Considering the price range, it can't be helped, but I would like the shower curtain to be improved.I'm on Instagram!Please watch it if you like!ID:gen0314

The location is good, the price is cheap, and everything is good, but it's a bit cold at night, and the music is played at the bar on the first floor of the hotel building, so it's noisy even in the early morning.

The room was very clean and stylish!(As mentioned in other reviews, there is a big step when entering the room, so be careful!!)There's a bar nearby, so I was a bit worried about the voices outside, but it was tolerable. I slept well😌However, two or three young men and women who were staying in the next room were noisy, and if they were making noise during the night, I thought I would call the front desk and ask for a warning.Fortunately, it seemed like the people were out that night, so I didn't notice it when I went to sleep!Although it is an unmanned hotel, there is a "phone" button on the touch panel in the room for inquiries, so if there is a troublesome person staying there, you might be able to report it!It's a cheap and clean hotel, but the rooms are close to each other and you can hear the noise, so it would be bad if people with bad morals were staying there.
