It was so greatWe stayed with 6 people, and each room was equipped with a shower and toilet, which was great.(However, there are only 4 beds)However, there are tableware and knives in the kitchen, so you can cook. There is also a washing machine, so there is no problem even if you stay for a long time. And it's beautiful and spacious! The downside is that on weekends, it's close to the parents' street, so it can be noisy in the mornings and evenings.

Is it okay to stay in a hotel like this once in a while?I think it's cheap and goodIt was 6000 yen on weekdays🎵The location is also right along Oyatomi Takashi. However, since it was a normal apartment building, there were no signboards, so it was hard to find the place (lol)First, unmanned check-in at the entranceYou can check in by using the QR code sent to your phone from the machine at the entrance. The machine displays the password to unlock the entrance and the password to unlock the room, but I can't remember them (lol)Once you check in, I would like you to send me an email to your cell phone. The room is a normal one roomIt's bigger than a business hotel 🎵There's a shoe rack (I don't use it though)There were four towels each. There were no pajama-type ones❕One washing machine and detergentWash basin (very difficult to use)Amenity and hair dryer in the mirrorThe bed was a double and comfortable. There is also an outlet 🎵trash can in the cabinetTV is normalThe air conditioner is a separate type, so the smell doesn't bother me that much.chairs and tablesrefrigerator 2 doormicrowave oven and electric kettleelectric stove in the sinkFrying pan for various tablewareOf course, the bath and toilet are separate 🎵Extra futon, sheets, and iron in the closetIt's only one night but I'm satisfied 🎵If I were to complainI guess the only thing is that I want each password after check-in by email and that the wash basin is very difficult to use.The reason I don't have pajamas is because I don't wear them all the time, so it's not a problem 🎵

Location: Not far above Tenjin Station. There are quite a few restaurants around and there is a convenience store a 1-minute walk away, so it is very convenient.Room: It feels like renting a mansion room like Airbnb. It’s larger than a regular business hotel. It feels a bit narrower than other places I've been to.If you have ever used a mansion-type facility like this, you will know this well.It is superior in terms of convenience thanks to various facilities such as cooking facilities and washing machines. The bathroom and toilet are separate, so you can save a little time if you are two or more people. The bed felt a little low but was comfortable.Services: There is no luggage storage or basic facial cleansing equipment available at the hotel. Also, there is no separate cleaning service in between, so it may be a bit disappointing if you are staying for a long time.Other: When you check in at the common entrance, you will be provided with a password. It is a good idea to take a photo or write it down. However, I had a brief mental breakdown because I wrote down the special characters in the common entrance password incorrectly.Later on, I realized that it wasn't just me who had this problem, but it seemed like it was the same for everyone who came for the first time, so it would be a good idea to fix it.

The air conditioner is too smelly. When I looked at the filter, it was full of dust. It's hard to tell how many years it hasn't been cleaned. The vents are black with mold.I will never use it again.

The hotel is in a good location, only moments away from transport links and restaurants galore on your doorstep but the basics let the hotel down. The apartment was huge for Japan and could sleep up to 8 but the 4 of us just enjoyed the extra space. If a larger number of guests did stay you’d find seating at a premium as there are only six dining chairs and a single two seater sofa. The let downs start as you arrive. The smoking area is adjacent to the lobby which ends up with smoking fumes inside. Not a pleasant experience whilst registering. The hotel needs some TLC as things are wearing out and not attended to, the carpet in the lift is worn and missing, a/c controls missing from the walls, timber arms missing from the sofa, broken handles to the recycling bins, missing torches, a saucepan that had extensive burnt remains on the bottom of the pan etc. The cleanliness really let it down. The fridge hadn’t been cleaned, the kitchen countertop had marks and there were obvious uncleaned areas on the floor. This probably surprised us most as everywhere else we’ve stayed in Japan it’s been immaculately clean. It was obvious that previous guests were smokers, the room smelt of stale smelled of stale smoke and cigarette packs were under the bed.We enjoyed our time in Fukuoka but next time we return we will find alternative accommodation
