I thought I would like Nagahama Ramen in the morning and chose it nearby.Check in by paying the accommodation tax through the screen and proceed to your room.It was nice and spacious.I also took a bath and was relieved of my tiredness. The one star for the room is the direct hit from the air conditioner and the lace curtains in room 101 that are visible from the street in front in the morning (lol). It has good bus connections and can be reached by just one bus from Hakata Station.Seven was also nearby which was nice.

It's a slightly older apartment building used as accommodation, so rather than a hotel, it would be more appropriate to think of the whole building as a private lodging facility.Check-in is done by interacting with an operator on a tablet right after entering the apartment entrance, and there is no special service after taking out the key.The room was exactly like an apartment, and although the interior was a little tired, I felt at home and felt at home. You can wash it by hand and hang it to dry on your balcony. To access it, you have to walk from the subway, but there are many buses from Hakata Station via the urban expressway, so if you go there by bus, it's less than a 5-minute walk. Also, it's about 1 km from Fukuoka Dome, so you can go to a baseball game on foot.As mentioned above, there are almost no hotel services, and no one answers the phone at all, so it is not suitable for those who want a certain level of service and support. Also, the bathtub was dark, which may bother some people.

I never recommend this. Charging too much despite of facility and setup. This seems to be meant for foreign tourists, but there are much better options than this one if you search carefully about other business hotels at a similar rate. This is pseudo hotel run by amateurs who do not care guests, but to grab profit due to flourishing Airbnb type stay lije this in this country. You can get much better professional hotels with great service at lower rates. I dare to say as the rate is not that low enough with shabby facility n setup making so pissed off, make us aware that this much Japanese hospitality gone down to the level that has no conscience. I would not say all these if they charge properly. But it was more than what it should be. This is simply worth 3000yen, but I had to pay double. For details, read following by translating; I definitely can't recommend it. As luck would have it, it was my first time riding Peach and my first time visiting Fukuoka, so I didn't know much about it. It was owned by the Peach Hotel and I wanted to stay in the middle of the city center, so I chose this place as it was advertised as being close. However, it is completely different from the photo and is completely out of place. I thought it would be near Nakasu, but it's far away and extremely inconvenient as you have to change buses and walk quite a bit in urban areas and residential areas. This is not an itinerary where you bring a suitcase. In this case, a business hotel near the station is much more reasonable and the service is attentive. Minpaku is the only room in the room, but it looks like a college student lived there. The walls are dirty, the bathroom and kitchen are outdated, and the smell of life in the room is strong.Only the surface of the room has been renovated to make it on the hotel list. This has led to a decline in the quality of private lodging. It was a typical example of the high prices these days, where amateurs with no concept of hospitality charge high prices just because they use non-silicone or jute scrubbing brushes to make them look conscious. Others said it was cheap, and when I looked it up elsewhere, it was listed as 5,000 yen, but if you go through Peach Hotel, it's 9,300 yen. It's not worth it at all, even though I'm only staying for 2 nights, there's a microwave, pots, plates, and IH, but they all look like some student has been using them for a long time, and there are a lot of things I don't need, such as a tablet that can't be used. However, the essential amenities and facilities are not complete and the towels are smelly. Even though it's on the 4th floor, the only stairs make the trip more tiring, and it's nice that the check-in is all done remotely, but it's too mechanical and you feel like you're doing everything at home, so it's hard to say hello, and it's not hospitality at all. His attitude made me feel like it would be better to let AI do the work. I thought he was saying thank you in a completely heartless way, but then he cut off the line. If they are going to charge more than a business hotel, they should provide a reasonable service commensurate with the price, and if they don't, they should turn the Peach Hotel into a property that lures in people who don't know the area with nice rooms that are different from the real thing. isn't it. This will only increase the number of customers who are tricked into making reservations and then are severely disappointed when they arrive. They'll probably give me a lot the first time, but I won't give them again, and I'll never make a reservation through Peach Hotel. Being an inbound tourist at such a random hotel that lowers your reputation as a Japanese person gives a wrong image of Japan. Just because it's a red ocean, don't jump into it for business purposes. Hotels that have been around since before private lodging are a nuisance to other hotels that are studying and working on hotel management properly. Or, if you haven't learned properly and can't prepare, don't call yourself a minpaku.

There was a live performance at Zepp Fukuoka and I used it. I think it's about a 15 minute walk to Zepp Fukuoka and PayPay Dome. About 10 minutes walk from Tojin Station. I arrived without hesitation. It feels more like an apartment rental space than a hotel. It looks like it was originally an apartment for one person. It's not suitable for people who want hotel-like services, but it's perfect for people who don't need special services! The room was comfortable and felt like being at home. The owner and staff were kind and made me feel at ease. There are no slippers or pajamas, so you will need to bring your own. It is convenient for long-term stays as it is fully equipped with a mini kitchen where you can cook, a refrigerator, and a microwave. I was able to rent a bicycle for 1000 yen, so I was able to go to the coast in my free time and it felt great! There was a temple cafe and a convenience store nearby, which was convenient. I will also use it when I go on live expeditions. thank you very much.

The room was large and I was able to relax. The view was good and I enjoyed the sunrise. There was a loft, and the light and scenery coming in through the high windows made it feel very special, and I had a great experience.Amenities were provided, and the refrigerator was properly cooled. The shampoo was so good that I wanted it at home too.The cost performance was quite good.

The best accommodation, everything is fine except for the location being a bit ambiguous. It would be difficult to find a better place for the price than here. In addition, it was a wonderful place that introduced me to a side of Fukuoka other than Hakata and Tenjin.

I had a hard time finding a parking lot 😰 There is no TV in the room so I would like one to be installed. The reception desk is unmanned, so it feels lonely.

Although the contents are old, I think they have been kept clean. The facilities may not be enough, but I don't think there's any point in asking for more if you're traveling alone. I think it's ridiculously cheap if you invite young people together. There is a convenience store nearby and a bus stop nearby. I didn't feel it was far from Fukuoka City, so I think I can recommend it.I stayed there at the end of January 2024, and I think the accommodation cost was between 6,000 and 7,000 yen. I don't know what will happen in the future, but if I have a chance to go to Fukuoka, I would like to use it again. thank you very much.

I used it for the Momochihama festival. The location is close to a convenience store that you can walk to on your way home. If you get off at the Tojin 3-chome bus stop, it will be right across the street. Instead of boarding the crowded special bus, you can sit and relax on Nishitetsu Bus Fukuhama bound 63-1 from the Tenjin Kita bus stop (in front of 3 Futata). Amenities include towels, bath mats, shampoo treatments, body soap, and tooth brushing sets. So I brought room wear, cleansing agent, and facial soap. There is no TV, but there is a tablet and Wi-Fi. I don't have a TV in my bedroom either, so it's the same as usual.Equipped with microwave, two-door refrigerator, kettle, and self-cooking utensils. Thank goodness for a microwave in the room! The loft room is so spacious that it's a waste for just one person. It reminded me of the auto-lock apartments I lived in when I was a student. I hate crowds and crowded trains and buses. It's in a very convenient location, so what should I do if I can't get a reservation based on word of mouth? It's a place I want to keep a secret.
