I paid close to 500,000 won for 2 nights here. It's really a waste of money.Towels are only provided for one night, and additional face towels are 1,500 won and large towels are 2,000 won. This is ridiculous. There's mold in the bathroom and a lot of dust in the room. It's really crazy. It's just like an unmanned motel. The room isn't even spacious. One wrong click and my husband keeps getting scolded.

The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The view was also nice, looking out over the Nakasu River.Room condition and satisfaction are the best.butAt 2 a.m., the fire alarm in the building went off and all customers in the building were evacuated. To communicate with the staff, I went to the pad in the lobby on the first floor and made a call. The staff kept repeating for 30 minutes that it would take 40 minutes to get there because it was far from the hotel, so they didn't think about coming. Moreover, in a situation where they didn't know where the fire actually was, they even told me to go and check if there was electricity in the room. After evacuating for an hour, we returned to the room under the guidance of firefighters and police. (They say the fire alarm malfunctioned because it was raining)Since then, I have not received a briefing or even an apology from the hotel, which leaves me with great regret. If a fire actually broke out, this response would have been a big problem..

The location is close to Canal City, about a five-minute walk. I requested a river view, but it wasn't reflected, and even though cleaning was an issue for multiple nights, they also charged per towel, and it was absurd that they only gave one towel for three people for a four-person stay for five days and four nights. Only 3 pillows were provided for 4 people staying.

The downside is that it is an unmanned hotel.Even though there were three of us, it was scary to think there was no one at the counter on the first floor. Of course, other than this, it was great value for money and everything was good ^_^Oh, and adding towels costs money, so we brought our own towels.

Close to major tourist attractions. I did unmanned check-in, and the staff spoke Korean, so it was convenient.
