Just walk straight from the north exit of Kokura Station. There is no convenience store nearby, so you have to go a little further away to buy the products you need.I am very satisfied with the room conditions and breakfast.

I had heard rumors from people before, but this hotel was actually my first experience at Toyoko Inn.The location is okay, about 8 minutes walk from Kokura Station. The convenience store (Daily Yamazaki) that existed across the road has already closed, making it somewhat inconvenient for shopping. The most important room is probably the "stable Toyoko Inn", but I can't say anything because I can't compare it with other Toyoko Inn. Even in a single room, the bed width is semi-double class and quite spacious.Toyoko Inn seems to be focusing on "free breakfast" in recent years, but it can't be helped that it pales in comparison to the healthy breakfast offered at "super hotels." However, the menu is highly praised for featuring local specialties from all over the country (for example, yaki udon noodles in Kokura).I don't know about other Toyoko Inn, but at this hotel I had a very good impression of the female front staff and the male parking lot attendant.By the way, rooms on the upper floors on the west side have a "train view" of the Shinkansen trains arriving and departing from Kokura Station.Overall, my impression was that it was a passable business hotel chain, but I gave it a +1 star because the front staff made a good impression.

Wow~~ It’s obvious that it’s made with cheap rice.It seems almost below the government level....It's dull, yellow, and smells bad.Is Toyoko Inn having financial difficulties?Or are the cooks changing the rice?
