AlrightWe were quite disappointed with the room when we arrived. However, the receptionist did everything to make us feel comfortable. She is extremely kind and above all so helpful. We were thinking of leaving the hotel and ultimately decided to stay because we were moved to another room.Thank you again for all your advice on activities in Bangkok. And also, thank you for your banoffee that you gave us, it was excellent! We couldn't say goodbye so thank you very much again!!!!

The service and atmosphere of the place are at a high level, unfortunately the swimming pool is under renovation and the average breakfasts are the disadvantages of this placeNevertheless, I can recommend it

We have visited many different hotels in Thailand (including Bangkok) but, contrary to the mostly positive reviews, we have not had a positive experience. The reception staff were not helpful at all (when we were all very ill there was no empathy whatsoever and we felt very reluctant to even ask for new bedding). The hotel also has single glazing and is extremely noisy (especially because circus artists train outside in the street from 6 p.m. to 1 a.m. (nice to see once, but this is a huge noise every evening). This is not a hotel where you can take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city. The breakfast was good.

Through booking, we booked accommodation at the Peace Land Khaosan hotel in Bangkok, which we really liked according to the photos. After arriving at the hotel, we were extremely disappointed and disgusted. The hotel does not correspond to the photos in your offer, the photos are embellished, edited and maximally out of date.First of all, the hotel is in a totally neglected neighborhood, where people are afraid to go out into the street. The view from the window is scary, the leaky windows let in the noise and stench from the street.Noise and screeching from outside is still heard before midnight. The view from the windows is terrible, we preferred to shoot all the curtains.Old, worn-out furniture, shabby furniture, run-down condition of the room, second room with two beds, no bedside tables, no lamp. After arriving at the room where all the windows were closed, we even found a lizard running. The elevator in the hotel is dangerous, as it does not have sensors, and in the case of an extended family, as soon as a third person entered the elevator, the elevator closed, hit and pinned the person to the door. Very dangerous. We are a small family and our vacation in this accommodation turned into a nightmare. Simply terrible.

Everything was very good, the morning buffet was very good, with a lot of variety, sweet, salty, fresh fries, toast, Western and Eastern food. The gym and pool are small but very good too.The only thing, when we arrived they asked us for a deposit of 1000 bth that they would return to us at the time of check out if everything was fine, something that at first means nothing but that, in our case, was the last day, mo We had more Thai money and they wouldn't let us pay the deposit with a card either 💳, so it was a little uncomfortable when they could have given us advance notice or provided the means of payment.Everything else was very good, very good quality-price ratio.

Very good value for money. The pros, that the rooms are great and that it has a gym and pool. The cons, that the pool does not have much space to sit and that the breakfast is not very varied

Very good value for money, don't expect great luxuries while paying little, the area is somewhat far from the metro and the main things to visit but by taxi you are right away and you can walk anywhere in about 30/40 minutes. The rooms are spacious, clean and have good air conditioning, which is important with the heat in Bangkok. They put one water per person every day in the room.It has a small pool to cool off and has a gym and children's area.It also has a shady terrace.
