I stayed here for work.It is very convenient as it is close to Akasaka Station. The rooms have separate bathrooms and toilets, and the size of the rooms is perfect.I also appreciated that there was a coffee maker in the room.

I combined my three-day holiday with paid time to make it a four-day holiday, and stayed for three nights. There are good and bad points, but overall I regret that I should have stayed at another hotel.・I stayed in a moderate queen room・The room is good (TV is in front of the bed. The TV is probably Viera, and you can use your own account on YouTube, etc. There is Nespresso. Also, I personally liked that there was a rain shower)・Cleaning is pretty reasonable if you stay for multiple nights.・It's a pity that the hair dryer is Saronia.・Amenities are common・The entrance is on the first floor and the front desk is on the second floor, so the conductor is a little sluggish.・Most of the other customers are foreigners.・The quality of employees was the worst of any hotel I've stayed at in Fukuoka so far (mistakes in credit card payment and ordering, and other issues with the buffet mentioned below)・Please note that the buffet was out of various items by 9:30. It's a hotel in Fukuoka, and mentaiko doesn't have an expiry date on the same day, so I was disappointed that they were out of mentaiko. I stayed for 3 nights, but I think the only thing that changed on the menu was today's grilled fish.・When I ordered a mentaiko omelet, they said they would serve it to my seat, so I waited until I was seated, and they handed it to me and said, ``It's a cheese omelet.'' I said, ``I ordered a mentaiko omelet,'' but they said, ``Mentaiko omelet is out of stock.'' I did.” It can't be helped that the product is out of stock, but I doubt the quality of the employees when they bring substitutes without any explanation or apology.・The cheese omelet has a rather mediocre taste, but it's nice to have someone make an omelet for you.

I used it for one night with JAL Dynamic Package. On the day I stayed, over 90% of the people were foreigners, probably Chinese, Taiwanese, Korean, or Southeast Asian. As a OneHarmony member, I received benefits such as a welcome drink and morning newspaper, and there were also two 500ml bottles of water in the room. It's good that the toilet and bath are separate. Amenities such as lotion and makeup remover are also provided. We also have Nespresso and Kamairicha. This tea is delicious. I'm mostly satisfied with the room, but the air conditioner switch was not very responsive. The breakfast has a variety of varieties and is very satisfying. The mentaiko and coffee were very delicious. They also make omelets on the spot. There was also Takana rice ball, but unfortunately I was too full to eat it. I went to Fukuoka for gourmet food, so I had made reservations for lunch, and I had eaten a lot the night before, so I wasn't able to try all the food. . I think it's best to go early because it gets crowded when there are many guests staying there.I will use it again! !

Bad counter service...cannot help to book large sized taxi for 5pax since regular taxi is only for 4 pax. Cannot book taxi one day in advance for airport departure and instead asked us to do it taxi reservation online.Lastly, most of them are not conversational with basic English.Room is small and u are not allowed to ask for extra bottled water as per their rules.Only plus point is good location.
