It can't be helped that it's a little far from where I live, but it's hard to find the place.The exterior and parking lot are cool with black walls.Like Hotel Espo and Vert, it's part of the Hayama Hotel group, but the rooms are better than other hotels.Super narrow.I was able to get a coupon booklet from Espo.None here.The sofa is divided into two parts and there is a desk in between.Even if I meet a girl, I can't make out with herAmused.The washbasin is too small to put things on and is difficult to use.Body soap stays slippery foreverNo matter how much I wash it off in the shower, it won't come offDifficult to use.The bath is like a unit bath even though it is a love hotel.Amused.The payment machine is located under the desk, so it is difficult to use.Nowadays, it's cash only and you can't even use cards.I didn't even get a receipt.Other hotels can also use electronic money using QR code.Inconvenient to come to checkout.My hometown of Gifu and Nagoya are cheaper.Full of facilities and amenities.A disappointing hotel after a long time.Probably won't come again.

First of all, even though I had made a reservation, I was told that the room was not booked, so I had to re-book the room. In the end, it seemed like there was a reservation, and they apologized for their mistake, but the confirmation was delayed. I was able to stay in the highest room that I had originally requested, but...There was no explanation about the drink bar or shampoo, so I climbed the elevator without noticing anything and couldn't rent it.The hair dryer in the room was sticky and dusty with sticker residue, giving me the worst impression of any hotel I've ever been to.Breakfast wasn't brought even 15 minutes after the scheduled time, so I called and was told it would be almost there, so I was able to eat it 25 minutes after the scheduled time. If you forgot to make it, you don't need to arrive by now, and you should honestly apologize.At night, I called to say I wanted to buy some goods, but even though hours passed, no one came and the phone was forgotten.This was my first time at a hotel with such good customer service.I won't be using it again, but I really don't recommend it. This is my first time writing a review and I don't want you to make the same mistake.

Hayama Group is beautiful everywhere, but this one is just so-so. ★The reason I gave it 5 stars was because I stayed in a room with an open-air bath, and the rock bath had a nice atmosphere, and the soft water was the best. Amenities are good. Hair dryers etc. are old and dirty. There is no outlet on the dresser. The refrigerator, pot, microwave, etc. are old. The food menu is limited and there is no free breakfast service. Although the room is expensive, there are many negative points.

I chose room 313 because there was only a high room and type D room 313 available. It seems like a very popular hotel even though it's around 7:30pm on a weekday lolPlease call ahead and ask about the size of the bathroom.“The bathroom in our regular room is small, isn’t it?”was answered by someone who appeared to be an elderly woman, looking a little troubled. lolWhen I entered the hotel, there were lots of free sweets and bath salts at the front desk (I noticed this on my way back lol), and there was a free drink bar typical of Karakan on the landing of the stairs going up to the third floor, so I was welcomed. You can take it with you as a drink. There are many types of shampoo and conditioner under the drink bar, so you can bring whatever you like for free.When I entered the room, it was very clean and the walls and floor were shiny. The cleaning is very good, and if you call the front desk and ask for it, they will bring you two types of very delicious roll cakes for free...Wow, it's amazing! lolThe most important bath is the size and beauty of a slightly more expensive hotel, and the water pressure in the shower is strong!The bathtub is spacious enough for two people to stretch out, and it also comes with a small micro-bubble generator, so you can adjust the lighting to create a nice atmosphere!The amenities are perfect for a slightly more expensive hotel.However, it is extremely cheap for this quality. When I gave Couples' coupon number over the phone when I left, I got 20% off, which was 4,990 yen, but my bill was 3,990 yen. The room is beautiful.It's probably because it's so popular that when I went there late at night, only the more expensive rooms were available, even on weekdays.The bath and toilet are clean⭐The TV and mirror are big.There are no chairs to apply makeup, so you have to stand.Amenities are average.
