The room is large, clean, and the location is very good. However, accommodation tax of jpy800, consumption tax of jpy3696, and parking fee of jpyt2500 were collected when checking in. The booking website did not mention it at all. If you want to check in, it is recommended to park in the parking lot next to the hotel. It is very cheap. These fees are added It’s equivalent to NT$1,550. Booking two rooms means each room is NT$775 more expensive. None of the hotels in the previous three nights had such opaque charges.

worst.I reserved two rooms:a 2-bedroom (2 adults and 2 children sharing)a 3-bed superior room (1 adult and 2 children)However, upon check-in,I was informed that the 3-bed room wasn’t available. They tried to offer two 2-bedroom rooms, but the bed situation didn’t match the number of people. After negotiating,I managed to secure three 2-bedroom rooms. On top of this, the room arrangement complicated our plans,so I requested they include dinner at the hotel. After waiting 30 minutes for a decision, they returned, saying the 3-bed room was suddenly available, which made the situation even more confusing.Breakfast was also chaotic; we were seated at separate tables, and the food wasn’t replenished, so we couldn’t get what we wanted. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and I doubt I will use this hotel group again due to the significant decline in quality.

[Cockroaches appeared in the accommodation (poor response)]Accommodation tax was additionally 200 yen per person per night. It was between Tenjin and Hakata, so it was great to go back and forth. It was a busy area in front, so it was great to hang out until late in the evening. The hotel was larger than I expected and was clean when I entered.Old room room 601 -> room 406**disadvantageI went out the next morning and came back at night and there was a huge cockroach there (it seems like quarantine wasn't working properly).I went to the reception and asked them to come up because there was a big bug, but they came up with a spray like F Killa. There were cockroaches on the wall above the bed, so when I sprayed them, they all fell onto the bed. I felt uncomfortable staying in that room, so I asked to change the room, but the employee (head) The Arab woman who tied it up said no because there was no room right now without even checking. Conclusion: I'll catch you without spraying, so stay here.So I called another male employee with the intention of catching him without spray. But it wasn't a situation where I could grab it with my hands, so I ended up spraying it and the male employee told me to wait and say he would change the room, so I kept waiting in front of the room I sprayed.I waited for a few minutes and they didn't come so I went down and I was angry because they were all dealing with different customers. The staff said they could change the room, but the room would be smaller. It was an urgent situation, but honestly, I thought it didn't make sense. I was embarrassed and wondered if I should find another accommodation at this time.To be honest, I was annoyed and felt that the service was lacking. The man asked me to come with him, so I changed to a room of the same size, but the attitude of the female staff member at customer service was unpleasant and the actual service level seemed low, so I have no intention of visiting again.

The room was spacious compared to other places, so 3 people could use it without any inconvenience. However, when I searched the blog, I saw that free luggage storage was possible, but when I tried to store my luggage while checking out, it was a paid coin locker. The large car costs 1000 yen and the small car costs 500 yen, which is quite a bit of money.Even the large compartment did not fit 2 suitcases, so I spent 2,500 yen to store 3 suitcases. It's a shame I didn't feel very good at the end.The location and room condition were okay, but I don't think I'll use it again.(For reference, if you want to put your luggage in the large compartment, leave it early in the morning. I thought I was going to die trying to put the heavy carrier in the upper compartment.)

I got bitten here and there by bedbugs in the mat. I wish they had changed it. It's not clean. I think the mat needs to be replaced. The reason is that there are bedbugs in the mat. The location was good and the environment was good. Because of bugs. I was very disappointed

I stayed in a triple room and it was spacious and the bathroom and sink were completely separate from the bedroom, which was unique and really nice. The location is very good as it is along the Nakasu River and close to restaurants, convenience stores, and department stores. The free snacks were good, but it was a bit disappointing that the foreign staff were not friendly.I had a very restful two days.

The only thing I liked was how friendly the staff were, but honestly everything else was below my expectations. Triple room... Looking at the reviews, the structure is all different. I was disappointed because I felt like I was assigned the worst and narrowest room. It was large enough to just have a bathroom. And it wasn't a welcome drink as seen in many online reviews, and I thought it was free luggage storage, but when I got there, it was all paid coin lockers (1,000 yen, 500 yen). I was confused about that, so I gave the service 4 stars because the staff seemed friendly and helpful. Of course, the room assignment wasn't great. It was a bit weak in soundproofing as you could hear all the noise outside. I could hear all the drunk people. I was very upset even though I didn't pay a small amount for one night. If the room layout is all different, I think it would be right to upload a variety of photos for reference when making a reservation.

Since it's right in the center, I could easily get to Canal City and Tenjin Station. It's clean and I was surprised that it was bigger than what I saw in the reviews. The bed was also spacious! However, the lighting is on the dark side, and there is no refrigeration at all... There is a separate fee for storage of suitcases.I stayed for several nights and it wasn't cleaned properly, so I'm subtracting one star. There was an iron inside so I ironed the clothes that were not dry.I had a good rest (depending on the number of people per night, you can choose between Jjokko, Kaka, Yogurt, and Fruit - Enjoy the fruit, Jo A-young) Detox Ju, th also enjoyed the orange.

These are my impressions after staying in three adjacent series.Only Il Palazzo has a special interior other than the rooms, but the welcome service at other hotels was different. The rooms are similar (Il Palazzo comes with a gown) and breakfast is held at Il Palazzo, so personally I don't see any reason to choose this place.Only Il Palazzo has a buffet with meals, and at the others sweets are served either in a tower or individually, and here the sweets were packed in jars about the size of the palm of your hand. You can only choose one out of nine types. Yogurt sauce is safe, but if you don't like the sour taste, lemon and rosemary jelly is also recommended.Kiwi water and orange water were all-you-can-drink from 11am to 10pm.There is an outlet under the sofa at the entrance, so I saw people working at their desks while drinking drinks. What is the point that there is no Japanese tea for both amenities and breakfast? One Five Villa had green tea as an amenity. They also have a wide selection of lotions, milky lotions, bath salts, etc. . .As you can see in the photo, the room was spacious and comfortable with no complaints. Like Il Palazzo and Villa, the bath and toilet are separate. Also, it's nice that there is mineral water service in the room.If you are staying for the first time, you might want to enjoy the interior of Il Palazzo and include breakfast, but to be honest, it is not delicious. I don't think you'll regret it if you book the lunch buffet, which is cheaper than breakfast and more filling.Breakfast doesn't have any Fukuoka specialties, it's food prepared by foreigners for foreigners, so Japanese food is just rice and miso soup. I think there were two more, but I don't remember them. The bread and sauce were delicious.Of course, there was no attentive service from the staff, so I thought it would be more suitable for business use than for sightseeing.
