It seems that the one-room apartment is used as a lodging facility, so the room is large and has a kitchen, so the facilities are good. However, it is a little difficult to check in.

Walk for 6.7 minutes along the road in front of Yodobashi Camera. I'm using a one-room apartment as a hotel. Since there were 3 of us, we had a double bed + futon, but when we put the futon down, it was already full. The futon is in a closet. The pillows that were placed there for the futon were so dirty that they just left them uncovered and you could use whatever you wanted. When I saw it, I thought it was all like that. I'll get to that. You can't stay overnight in Fukuoka on Saturdays and Sundays in December, so everywhere else is expensive, so I paid nearly 40,000 yen here. I should have gotten a regular hotel sooner. There is only FamilyMart around.

This series is often used. What I often see is sloppy cleaning.Last time,Water was left in the washing machinegarbage was not thrown awayThis time,There was trash left in the bathroom from the disposable shampoo used by the previous person. It is within walking distance from Hakata Station. It's a 7-8 minute walk to the bus stop, but it's not bad.Still, it's 1000 times better than run-down accommodations overseas. So I gave it a lenient rating.

The location is very close to Tenjin Station, and self-service check-in directly underground is very convenient for independent travelers.

As other people have written, there was laundry left behind that was probably from the previous user, the air conditioner outlet was broken, and I couldn't connect to Wi-Fi, probably because the router was broken.

In the description says: “Please note, this property is not regularly staffed.”The fact is that is completely unmanned the 24 hours. And when you text them through Booking message system, I was only receiving the same instructions for check in and out again and again. They finally replied my question after 22:00 on the day I had done check out. They don’t offer any kind of luggage storage.

There was no bus stop nearby, so it was difficult to always walk to Hakata Station. The air conditioner was a bit dirty and the air didn't blow right away. I left it on for a while, but the air came out late.

Although the location is difficult to find, it is convenient as it is close to the station and Family Mart is right nearby. It's a room in an apartment, so it's easy to use as it has dishes, cooking utensils, a microwave, and a large refrigerator for those living alone. Comfortable with separate bath and toilet. Check-in is a bit unique; by entering the reservation code during advance check-in, the room and key code will be displayed on the touch panel. Please note that you will not be able to check in unless you have checked in in advance. It was helpful to have multiple outlets near the bed and near the TV.However, there was a used toothbrush left in the bathroom, which was disappointing. It was different from the one that came with the option, so I think it belonged to the previous guest. (Maybe it was used for cleaning)
