1. Stayed at level 1 where the room was located in an area behind an automatic door next to the reception. Thus, every time the automatic door opened, I could hear the strong wind, making it so noisy even at night which disturb my sleep. Avoid staying at level 1 rooms.2. Receptionist are all very unfriendly (always showing unhappy face)3. Room is spacious for its location (which is near to Hakata Station)

I used it on a business trip to Hakata. The rooms are a normal business hotel, so they are not spacious, but they are clean and there is no problem with staying there. There were convenience stores and restaurants nearby, so it was an easy place to eat.

Is it because there are problems with the building's mechanical ventilation and drainage? I don't know why, but the first thing I noticed as soon as I entered the room was the high humidity (humidity) in the room. The ventilation fan was running quite noisy, but for some reason it was very humid. I think it's better for air conditioners to dehumidify rather than cool. If I turn off both the ventilation fan and air conditioner when I go to bed at night, the humidity will come out again. And since I can smell the gray water in the bathroom, I think the building's mechanical ventilation creates a negative pressure in the room, and the smell is coming from the gray water pipes in the bathroom. Therefore, it is best not to turn off the ventilation fan in the bathroom, even if it is noisy, whenever you sleep. Also, the cleaning wasn't done very well, so there was a lot of dust. I think it's tough for people with allergies. The amenities and pillows were good, but I couldn't get rid of my fatigue...I'm a nervous type of person, so for the average person, I think this is a good hotel with a 5 star rating due to its location, new facilities, and reasonable price.

One of the cheapest hotels around Hakata station in Fukuoka, granted I booked it months in advance. The hotel is conveniently 7 minutes away from the train station. There is a 7eleven right outside within the block of the hotel so you can either get quick eats, drinks, or anything else you need in the hotel. You can also use their ATM for most foreign cards and you can also recharge your IC card in their ATM if you need to recharge it. The streets were quiet, even though it's only a few minute walks away from the busier side of the area. The hotel's lobby is fairly small and some amenities are provided in the lobby area like hairbrushes, q-tips, shavers, body towel (to scrub yourself with), etc. There are two washers that you don't need to put detergent in as the washer comes with it, and two dryers. The washers cost 100 yen to complete a cycle and takes about 30 minutes. The dryers do not work like American ones so it may take a while if you're drying thick clothes or more than three days worth of clothes. Each 30min cycle time in the dryer costs 100yen. The smoking room is in the same area as well, small enough but convenient for you to get a quick smoke or while you're waiting for your laundry to dry. The drink bar is also in the same area. Cups, stirrers, gum syrup, and creamer are provided on the side. Ice is also provided as well. No breakfast available on site, but again, 7eleven is conveniently on the same block.Moving on to the rooms, the room is fairly small. The bed is comfortable but the pillows were so-so. However, for how tired you are probably going to be, you're going to fall asleep easily eitherway. TV has ample channels to choose from but that's about it. Not sure if VOD is available because I didn't use it much. The bathroom is also pretty small but it's a good thing that I was booking with my spouse and not with a friend so I can change in the room if anything. No cleaning during your stay unless it exceeds a certain amount of days.

The bathroom wasn't very small, so it was easy to wash, and the interior room wasn't as small as other rooms in Japan. And the location was nice because it was close to Hakata Station. However, there must have been a lot of mites on the blanket, which made me feel a bit uncomfortable because my body was itchy, and it seemed like the air conditioner hadn't been cleaned in a while and there was a lot of dust in it.And it was the worst and I couldn't sleep because of it. What is it? Is this like a dial for the brightness of the bedroom light? It is a type that can be adjusted by turning. While I was sleeping, the light suddenly turned on in the early morning. Then it blinks as if it turns off and then stays on again. I was scared... I turned off the light again and went to sleep, but it came back on a few minutes later, so I ended up sleeping with the light on... I was so tired the next day... It was room 406, but I just paid for it and couldn't sleep comfortably.
