I made a reservation because I thought it would be a good idea to use it on weekends, because it was near the station, and it was 6,000 yen per twin for just sleeping. It felt like two beds in a single room, so it was much smaller than I expected.I couldn't open my suitcase and couldn't move 😅 To be honest, it was painful.I guess it can't be helped considering the price for such a convenient location...Might be good for a single room.

The location is very convenient as it is only 3 minutes walk from Hakata Ro.As the hotel name suggests, it is a hotel called The Business. So it's just a room with the bare minimum of things installed. Amenities are also minimal.I think it's natural since it's a business hotel...The walls must be very thin because I can hear people talking in the next room. Also, I'm concerned about the sound of drainage from toilets, sinks, and showers coming from upstairs.I wake up late at night when it's quiet.I have stayed at many business hotels so far, and I feel that the service is inferior compared to other business hotels.Hotel entrance, entrance, rooms...The atmosphere is Showa era.Is it okay if the price is a little cheaper?

ㅣThe shared room is really narrow.I can’t open the suitcase. The bathroom is also the narrowest I've ever been. When you enter the room, ventilate and wipe everything with a wet towel. The air conditioner was too noisy when I stayed there.I didn't notice during the day, but it was so noisy when I was sleeping.I think you need to prepare earplugs.Other than thatHot and cold water comes out well and the toilet flushes well. The staff are so friendlyIt’s close to Hakata Station. It's convenient to get anywhere by walking or transportation.

Good location and reasonable priceNeither more than the price nor less than the priceIt feels like a minimum accommodation facility! However, I think the reception staff and cleaning staff at the hotel are warm and wonderful! !There are plenty of restaurants nearby to eat, so you won't have to worry!

The only good thing is the proximity to the stationThe gargling cup in the sink had lipstick on it, probably because it hadn't been washed thoroughly or replaced. No drinking cups etc.The bathroom smelled musty and the shower curtain was also moldy. You can get a parking ticket for a nearby paid parking lot, but it is open for 17 hours, so if you check in early, you will have to leave early the next day or pay for the parking fee.

The location is near the station and I think the cost performance is very good. The only disappointing thing was that there was no hand soap in the room. I wish they had hand soap or soap these days.

I don’t know if the parking lot of the hotel has been renovated. It feels like a cave. The platform and wall are covered with dust. Fortunately, I stayed here for one night. …
