The service from the staff is excellent.Especially the woman who prepares and serves breakfast in the morning.My family has a comfortable stay.Simple breakfast is also greatIt was nice for babies who don't like carpets because there were tatami mats.A small hotel located in the center with satisfactory cleanliness, rooms, and service.

Tenjin Don Quijote is located in the middle of Hakata Station, so it is close to tourist shopping and is clean and tidy.It's a bit expensive though.

The room is very clean and tidy, the space is large, the breakfast is exquisite and delicious, and children's meals are provided. I accidentally burnt the bread when I was toasting it. The service staff found out and brought me a new basket of bread.During our stay, we encountered a child who suddenly had a fever. We are very grateful to the service staff for their help in contacting the hospital and printing a map to guide us there. Fortunately, everything was fine after being examined by the doctor.We were very touched by the sincere assistance and concern of the service staff. We like it very much and will continue to choose this hotel next time we come to Fukuoka❤️

Staff were the nicest and most professional people we encountered so far in Japan. Reason for the 3 stars was the mold in the room(s). We changed the first room at our arrival due to the strong mold smell. The second room was less intense but nonetheless with a mold odor. Unfortunately, cannot recommend until the mold problem is rectified.

I also stayed at the Grand Hyatt and personally, I was very satisfied staying in a hotel with such a cozy atmosphere. The room was clean, bigger than I thought, and the bed and tatami were comfortable!! The breakfast in the morning is also cute! (and tastes good) *If you have a large or crowded trunk, the room may feel small when going back and forth!! frontThe person who guided me to the desk speaks Korean well! Overall, I am very satisfied!

A very pleasant stay with the hotel. Staff are all considerate and friendly! Rooms are clean and neat, and I love the spacious bathtub so much! It feels like at the hot spring place but with my privacy! The environment is quiet and serene, Also much appreciation to have the breakfasts changed to the Japanese style instead the western style. Traveling with my mom, she loves it! They are so thoughtful to do different rice balls and fruits each day. Highly recommend 👍👍👍👍👍

It's a new hotel, so it's really clean and has good facilities. It was a shame that there were no reviews, but it is a hotel that Koreans will be satisfied with due to its location!Three people stayed, and the room was spacious and the interior was very pretty, so I was satisfied as soon as I opened the door. The staff in the lobby are always friendly. It was nice and private as I didn't have to encounter many other guests.
