The room is quite small, but the rooftop is nice and the bathroom is easy to wash, so it's okay. The location is not quite in the downtown area, but it is a street worth taking for a walk.

The room is very small.The public bath is crowded at night.A room really just for sleepingis.You can walk to Hakata station.

･It's about 15 minutes far from the station, but the bus stop is almost right in front of you, so it's within acceptable range.・I was worried that the luggage storage before check-in was just a string without a padlock, but it was there when I came back, so I was relieved.・There is noticeable dust in the room, and the refrigerator is not cold at all, but lukewarm...･I have my loungewear lying around, but it's covered in dust so I don't feel like wearing it.・It's Saturday and Sunday, so it's not that cheap.I won't stay there next time

I think the price is good considering it's near Hakata station.The staff were polite, but even after explaining the situation, they were inflexible and I had to go back and forth to the station to leave my large luggage by myself. I was relieved when I changed my plans to stay 2 days later to a place near Hakata Station.Unfortunately, I won't stay there next time.Very disappointing😢

The facilities are pretty good, but transportation is via taxi. I thought it would be better since there is a large public bath, but it wasn't. There was no detailed explanation at the counter, they didn't even give me the password for the women's bath, and the staff service was really bad. They cleaned the floors of the rooms....I don't want to give that many stars.

The staff at the front desk was very nervous and had a bad response.Afterwards, it wasn't cleaned properly and hair was falling out. I dropped something under the bed and when I tried to pick it up, the bed was clean and there were slippers, cotton swabs, dust, etc. I requested to exchange rooms, but it was not possible. I didn't want to give even one star because I couldn't touch my smartphone, computer, etc. in the room because I was out of range (only one signal). I don't think I'll stay there again.
