It was a very satisfying stay.It has a very private feel and you can spend your time quietly. This is the kind of inn that makes you want to stay longer.Drinks are all-inclusive, so you can have as many drinks as you like with your meal, and there are so many different drinks that you'll want to try, so it's easy to end up drinking too much!Of course, the food is also packed with attention to detail and is amazing. The most important hot spring is the 4 private open-air baths, which you can use as often as you like during business hours as long as they are available. All the baths were elaborately designed and I was satisfied.Of course, the open-air bath in your room is also the best!I felt a high level of hospitality from all the staff, and I had no complaints during my stay.Next time, I would like to visit in a different season.

This is my favorite inn, providing quality rest no matter when I visit. The best part of this inn is the delicious food each time you stay.I didn't get to see any squirrels this time, so I'd like to get revenge next time.

Better than self proclaimed “7 Star” hotels I’ve stayed at. So basically the best place I’ve ever been.Incredibly hospitable staff, private dining rooms and cleanliness rounding everything off. The rooms aren’t huge or over the top, but they feel serene, like home.I enjoyed every second and I genuinely appreciate the attention to detail and the staff always being ready to go the extra step.Thank you also for trying your hardest to communicate with me, even though I speak little Japanese!I’ll definitely be back, if you’ll have me of course:)

The feeling of being in nature is amazing!Stayed at Oborozuki in August[Location/Environment]Guest rooms are scattered throughout the vast forest. If you don't like insects, you might want to consider the time of year. There are plenty of sightseeing spots in the area, such as Zao and Fox Village, but it might be difficult to get there if you don't come by car.【hot spring】There are a large public bath and 4 private open-air baths.I went all the way due to my poverty, but perhaps because the quality of the hot springs is one type and the open-air baths in the guest rooms were sufficient, the public baths were reserved for private use, and there was no wait for the private open-air baths. The private open-air bath is self-entering, with the sign at the entrance not in use (you can enter if it is vacant). The public bath was open 24 hours.[Guest room]It's a lonely house in the forest.I don't know about the other rooms, but I can't see any artifacts from the view from Oborozuki. You can hear the river flowing from the back (but you can't see it)In short, it's a very beautiful old folk house with renovated plumbing.Wonderful open air in the roomI can easily accommodate 3 peopleBecause the source is hot, there is a faucet for adding water.Shower booth availableIt doubles as body soap and shampoo (I forgot, but it seems like a good one)There is a private VIERAThe inside of the refrigerator is free. I think they had water, carbonated water, sake, wine, and juice. The coffee is drip type and comes from the same shop as Ichinobo.[In-house facilities]There are time restrictions, but beer and homemade mojitos (non-alcoholic versions also available)Mojito was very deliciousAlso, coffee milk, Naturino and Godiva ice cream, and Ichinobo's famous pecan nuts are always available in the lounge.Bedrock bath availableA special yukata is available in the changing room of the bedrock bath, but it might be a good idea to take the yukata back to your room and change before going, so you can return to your room and soak in the hot spring.[Hospitality]Basically, I don't meet anyone except for meals. It feels a little salty, but you'll feel better if you don't worry about it.It may be stressful for those who want it to be like this in this price range.【meal】The first soup that came out was the most delicious.I had high expectations for vegetables as I had previously heard that they had their own vegetable garden, but there weren't that many (the taste was average). There were various drinksI don't drink alcohol, but I was glad that there was Duc de Montagne (red) among the non-alcoholic drinks. It would have been better if it was white. In terms of satisfaction, it was the same as other Ichinobo (breakfast may be better at Ichinobo)Tama konjac and eggs for a late night snack[General]I'm glad I stayedThis is an inn where the luxury of doing nothing is a perfect fit.If I were asked if I would like to come again, would I come next time when it snows? There are price differences depending on the room,・Does the guest room have an open-air bath?・View from the roomI think so.Some rooms have a view of the passageway when you open the shoji door, but most people don't walk through it (I only meet other guests at meals and in the lounge), so if you don't mind, you might want to choose a cheaper room. Cost performance might be good

This time I stayed in a room that allowed me to play in the mountains.I think the room, hot springs, and food were very good. The stars were also very kind. However, the glass that was in the refrigerator in the room smelled a little strange, so I stopped using it.That's just a shame.

I was satisfied with everything: the hot springs, the food, and the room. I would definitely like to go again in another season. I saw in other reviews that there wasn't enough food or alcohol in the fridge, but there was nothing particularly lacking. I was very satisfied with both the quality and quantity. Not only dinner, but breakfast was also great!
