Hotel of last resort in the Hakata Station area. Rooms and hotel are aged and tired. Service is absolute minimum. Hotel is run as low cost operation. There is no “Live” or no “Max.” Check out time is 10 am, too early. Selling electronic shisha at check in counter usable in rooms. I was told the smell lingers by the check in clerk. Other chain hotels in the area much newer, cleaner, safer alternatives. Avoid if possible.

I stayed there for one night. The receptionists are foreigners who can speak Japanese and English. The room is equipped by hairdryer, microwave, hotpot, table mirror, etc. You can easily find restaurants, convenience stores, shops around the hotel.
