Its definitely a cheap feeling rental spot made for high volume. Ammenities are worn down, alot of furniture could use a refresh overall Strict rules & the check-in time is late (5:00pm onwards, no luggage storage).But the location is decent - 15 mins to Hakata Station, close to Canal City, lots of good food around.It wouldn’t be my first choice on future trips to Fukuoka.

I made a hasty reservation for accommodation and stayed for 3 nights. The room condition is good, and it is good value for money for a family to stay. There is a parking lot right in front, so it was easy to park the rental car.

The accommodation is spacious and has cooking facilities and a washing machine, making it ideal for long-term stays. Aside from the shortcoming of the tight check-in and check-out times, I was overall satisfied. In particular, it was right next to the Nakasu River, so the night view was really pretty, and I left my luggage at the hotel, but it was really nice that there was an international shipping service. When I went, it was the peak season so the prices were high, but I plan to go again when it's cheaper. Oh, and the location is close to Canal City.

It is far from the subway station and it is not particularly convenient to travel. It is very inconvenient that you can check in at 15 o'clock at the earliest. The bedside and bedside tables in the room are dusty and the sofa smells. If you check out later, you may be fined. The price paid online does not include accommodation tax. Plus this price is cost-effective Very low, not recommended
