We chose this accommodation because it was relatively spacious for the three of us. Other than the fact that the slippers felt uncomfortable due to a lot of use, I used them without any particular complaints. There was an issue with extra towels in other reviews, but we didn't feel like the amount provided was insufficient during our two-day stay, and if it wasn't enough, there were plenty of towels inside the door on the wall in the hallway right when you open the front door. I think you can use it.

The Grand Base signboard is very small so you have to look closely at the alleys.It is not easy to enter an unmanned hotel.There is a small market nearby.It's a market that appeared in Youtu.

The convenience store is nearby and the location is good, but while I stayed at this hotel for 4 days, I had to put the towels in the washing machine myself and do the laundry. I even bought detergent at Don Quijote with my own money. They didn't clean the room while I stayed here. And the bed. There were quite a few stains that showed signs of age..🥲It was really dirty..Well, considering that, it's a decent hotel, but... But if possible, don't go.

I liked the new bidet toilet/sink and separate shower facility. The only drawback is that there is almost no space to unfold the suitcase, as the two double-sized beds take up almost all the space. If you look at the price that can accommodate 4 people, it's good enough to forgive everything.

The location is good. There is a convenience store nearby and a large discount mart (I bought a lot of souvenirs here and it is tax-free, but I didn't know because they didn't tell me)There is also a bottled water vending machine in front of the building.The room is small but there is nothing missing.Since I'm going to sleep for a night before going to the airport, I just put it on the bed in my suitcase and clean it up.(Kakao Taxi to the airport costs 22,000 won)Oh, by the way, among the things I liked the most, the dryer has the best performance! There was a washing machine, a bathtub, plenty of towels, air conditioning, Netflix, and the surroundings were quiet.onlyExcept for the trouble I had to endure in the scorching sun because the address was so confusing.(I think you need to change the bedding well)

We stayed for 4 nights with a total of 5 people: 3 adults, 1 child, and 1 infant. (20,000 yen per night at Agoda, 80,000 yen in total. Separate accommodation tax of 2,000 yen?)■Good pointsIt's clean, the toilets are modern, and there's no key, so it's very convenient.■Bad pointsThe hot water in the shower is poor (a problem), the room is small (the room is filled with beds), the room was never cleaned during my stay, and the sheets and towels were never changed.If it weren't for the bad points mentioned above, I think it would be 4 stars or higher. Despite the Golden Week period, the accommodation costs were reasonable and I think it wasn't bad overall. I hope this is helpful for everyone.

The rooms are comfortable, but it can be a bit noisy and cold during the night. The check in was also a bit confusing and tedious. However, apart from those two problems, it was a very nice hotel room to stay in, especially when you only need a place to stay the night.

I staying here for 4 nights and overall found Grand Base Hakata City quite comfortable. The bathroom is excellent. The beds I found comfortable. The check in process easy. And the access codes also easy. A 7-11 is 100m away. The room was also very clean.

The location was good as it was close to Hakata Station, but it was a bit narrow for 3 people. After entering the accommodation, there wasn't enough space to even have a quick beer. They said they couldn't leave their luggage because they were moving accommodations.

I used it for my family of 4.We were 3 adults and an elementary school student, but we didn't feel particularly cramped.The room is new and clean.The room is very clean and comfortable. There was a washing machine and a dryer in the bathroom, so I didn't have to waste time doing laundry after I got home.(There's only one pole, so it's handy to have clothespins from 100 yen stores for socks, etc.)If you use the kitchen, don't forget the oil.There is a pot, stove, and refrigerator, so you can make breakfast at the nearby Seven.It was very comfortable, but there were a lot of mosquitoes coming from the air conditioner at the entrance outside the room. They came into my room...There were really a lot of mosquitoes in the elevator as well. These were the days when I had the most mosquitoes this summer.The room and service are nice, but maybe it's because it's summer? It was very disappointing.It would be helpful if there was a spray in your room.
