Share house located at Ijiri StationI think it used to be open to travel, but these days it only seems to accept international students. There are about 140 households, so there are a lot of people, many working holidaymakers and international students from Western countries and China, so it's good for communication. There are two kitchens, and there are two communities: Westerners on the second floor and Chinese on the first floor (noisy and crowded)So even though there is no kitchen in the room, we just live roughly.

I went for a delivery, but the automatic lock at the entrance didn't connect me to each room, so when I called the customer, he told me to come in from the bicycle storage area to the right of the entrance. Security is poor. When I went inside, it was very dirty.

I moved in about 10 years ago. At that time, it was about 50-50 Japanese and 50-50 foreigners. I moved in thinking I would be able to interact internationally, but that was not the case at all.The Westerners and Japanese were like cliques, using separate kitchens, and the other Asians were shy and stayed in their own private rooms. The kitchen was not very clean, with mysterious food left in the refrigerator and the smell of oxidized oil. The room was small at 16m, the drainage of the unit bath was clogged, and it was cheap. Even if foreigners play their guitars all night long, yell at Kabe-don, or yell, it won't work, so sensitive people should quit!

If your School registers you there, ask to change directly. Some rooms are insoluble. And the common rooms are never cleaned, the floor is sticky, and the common areas stink of trash. No equipment available for cooking except the rice cooker, kettle, microwave. Wifi is only in the common rooms but not in the rooms. You must buy your own toilet paper and laundry detergent. Not to mention the unpleasant welcome. But the hardest part is still letting it go in terms of hygiene for Japan, it’s extremely surprising

We have a huge restaurant, we can cook our own food, and we also provide dining utensils. The staff at the station were on duty, and the car was busy shouting back when it was time to leave for the last time. This time we stayed in a single suite, a small room with a small balcony, as there is a large restaurant where you can cook your own meals and crockery is provided. The service of the counter staff is very good and they even help us call a taxi when we leave on our last day.

It seems that there are at least 4 or 5 residents who are still making noise from 2:00 to 3:00 a.m. (sometimes they even bring in people from outside). If you still have no problems, we recommend that you move in.It says that Wi-Fi is free, but residents can use it if they each purchase a router for about 1,500 yen (smile). It seems like you can actually use Wi-Fi in your room for 1,500 yen! (not free)The staff also seem to be doing simple tasks. However, it is hard to say that it is useful for dealing with noises in the resident conversation spaces and hallways, as there is almost no touching.※postscriptIt's been a week since I contacted the operating company, Gennanso Co., Ltd., regarding this matter. No response yet.No action has been taken to improve the property, such as putting up new signs.Even if a tenant tells you that they are in trouble, they don't do anything special. This seems like the answer.
