It didn't look like much from the outside, but the air conditioning in the room was better than I expected and it was fine for a quick sleep. The Sumiyoshi Shrine is next to it, so it's great. It's a quick bus ride to Hakata.

We (two people) stayed on the top level, room was alright apart from the family of cockroaches under the stove, spacious and decent location, room was weirdly warm even with the air conditioner on full blast it just refused to stay cool

I am satisfied with both the location and cleanliness.I made a last-minute reservation during Golden Week and am satisfied. All of Hakata and Tenjin are walkable. At first, I took a taxi, but the taxi and walking time were similar, so I walked. And above all, it's really clean. My husband is very sensitive to cleanliness, but he was pleased that every corner of the accommodation and even the bathroom were clean. The host is also quick and friendly. Due to the nature of traveling to Japan, the time spent at the accommodation is not long, so we recommend it for its cost-effectiveness. There is also a large 24-hour supermarket nearby. I was satisfied

I got a room that could accommodate three people, but it was a small one-room room with a semi-double bed and a single bed, and the room was full. There's no TV, and the internet doesn't work at certain times. It was so cruel that all I could do was laugh past my anger.

I stayed in the end room on the 4th floor. The hair dryer was broken and didn't work, there was no curtain in the bathroom, there was no remote control for the air conditioner so it couldn't be adjusted, there was only one flimsy comforter, and there was no toothbrush. I will never use it again, and I recommend that others never use it either!

I think the past reviews are a bit harsh 😅I would highly recommend the apartment if you’re on a budget and not picky. The room size is similar to hotels we’ve stayed in but appliances were more comfortable to use. The apartment was clean and comfortable. No issues with their bathroom. It’s a few minutes by walk to Hakata Station but is near New York supermarket if you want to buy some food items. The area was peaceful and safe. The owner or host was also friendly. We had a good rest here and truly enjoyed our stay in Fukuoka. Thank you so much!
