Since I was traveling with a baby, I went to this hotel with a spacious bed of 160 cm. Although it's old, it was well-maintained. Breakfast is buffet style. I was guided to a seat separated from other customers, and I was able to eat without worrying too much about my children's voices. Above all, the pudding, which seems to be available only on Saturdays and Sundays, was delicious.

Quietly located hotel along the riverThe refrigerator was noisy, so I turned it off and was able to sleep peacefully without any other noise. The rooms are quite spacious and comfortable. There are two pillows, one high and one low, which is helpful.Near the entrance, you can hear people talking next door, perhaps because of the structure, but once you get inside the room, you can't hear it anymore. The breakfast selection is small so don't expect too much. The view from the room is good.Room supplies include an air purifier, hair dryer, toothbrush, razor, cotton kit, comb, and green tea pack.

The location is a little far from the station, but it's along the river and you can see Kokura Castle, so it's an excellent location. The management of this hotel has changed several times, but the facilities are luxurious and it feels luxurious. However, to be honest, although it is old, it is not dirty. The room is a fair size. Although it is inferior to modern city hotels, it is a calm hotel. There is also a hotel called Crown Hills nearby, but the breakfast here is completely different and delicious.

Stayed for about a week. The view of Murasaki River is so wonderful.I feel refreshed. The facility is old, but the interior of the room is nice and calm.River side double room with desk etc. placed in the windowI could see the interior and the view from the bed. With two types of glasses, moderate weight, and easy-to-hold design, the drinks were delicious. The height and size of the desk and chair were just right, so I was able to work on documents without stress.I didn't experience anything in particular or receive any special service, but I felt very calm.Feel the hospitality.I feel a little bit of care. They are thinking about small details in advance.I would like to visit again sometime.Apparently it will become a Marriott from next year, so it will be the only hotel in Kitakyushu with a view of the Murasaki River.Maybe it's just a reasonable price right now.It would be great if the reservation system would just change to Marriott and the wonderful staff they have now would continue.thanks

It's been 10 years since I last used it for a colleague's wedding...Thank you for your help, as the image of a historic building and a good hotel has not changed. They gave us upgrades, and let us park our oversized cars somewhere else...thank you very much. After all, a hotel with Mr. Bell is nice! !When I asked Mr. Bell at the front desk where I was in the department store, he didn't just tell me right or left when I went out...He accompanied me to the nearest exit door and guided me, saying, ``The building you see over there is Mr. I.''He even guided me to the nearest door, but it was shocking to be directed to a department store that I didn't even know by name.I immediately reported this to a friend who works at a department store.``Where is I, Mr. Bell?'' When I asked Mr. I, he said...It was a great night with friendsAs expected from Hotel Crown Palais KokuraI will stay againAnd I want to ask Mr. Bell for directions again♬

A hotel located along the Murasaki River in Kokura Kita Ward.Although it feels a little lonely, it is a very quiet hotel.Although it is somewhat old, it is kept clean. The only thing that bothered me a little was the response from the front desk.I was told that I would have to pay at check-in, but when I told my companion who was coming right after me that I would like to pay by card, he looked reluctant. In the end, he gave me the OK.I guess that's the basic rule, but I thought that such flexibility would not be possible immediately.
