My plan was to use a private bath, but I was told that the private time I wanted was already reserved, so my request was not granted, so I moved my sightseeing schedule to match the bath time, but on the day of the trip, I was told that the private time was already reserved. When I looked at the reservation status for the private bath, there were no reservations and the time I requested was available.Does that mean you were turned down even though you checked in advance to see if there were any vacancies?I felt very sorry.

I was looking for a place to stay for a 2-night, 3-day trip to Fukuoka, and I stayed here because it had a good reputation for breakfast. The bathroom and toilet are separate, and the scenery is not particularly impressive as the land in front of it was under construction. The reception is on the 11th floor instead of the 1st floor, and there is a space next to the reception where you can drink coffee etc. for free. The smoking room is on the first floor, so people on the upper floors may find it troublesome to go down and smoke. As I saw on SNS, the breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of choices and a lot of flavor, so I ate a lot from morning. So I think you will be satisfied with the breakfast only plan.I made a lot of good memories during my trip to Fukuoka, including the hotel.

The free shuttle bus from the station doesn't have a specific stop, so you'll have to wait at a suitable place. Therefore, when the bus comes, we board one by one instead of standing in one line.I waited for about 20 minutes and couldn't get on. The driver asked me to wait for the next one, but he said it would take another 30 minutes, so I took a taxi because I was traveling with a pregnant woman and a 3-year-old child.Dinner was a buffet, but there wasn't much I wanted to eat as it was just pastry and fried food.I think it depends on the timing, but there were a few other customers with bad manners. There were many positive aspects, such as the response of the front staff, but the negative aspects left a strong impression on me.

This is my second time using it. It's a new facility so it's very clean. The rooms are spacious and there aren't many places that can accommodate 5 people, so this kind of place is helpful. The toilet and bath are separate, and the bath in the room is spacious and comfortable. However, when I stayed there for the second time, the base on which the two beds were placed looked like a wooden floor, but there was a gap in the joint, and I was disappointed that I could see a lot of garbage that had accumulated there. .It also makes a lot of noise. I think that's because there seem to be a lot of families with children, but the second time I heard footsteps coming from the floor above? I could hear it all the time. Not only can you hear people talking in the hallway, but if you're close to the wall, you can also hear people talking next door, although you can't hear what they're saying. There are small children here as well, so I think it will be noisy if we don't see each other.

The location is a bit on the harbor side, next to the Dome, so it’s inconvenient to take the tram.

The room had a spacious layout and I felt relaxed. The mall is close, but it closes early. The convenience store is a bit of a walk, so if you're going to be late, it's best to finish your shopping before arriving.

I thought it was a family-oriented hotel, so I didn't have high expectations for the food, but I was pleasantly surprised at how delicious all the food on the buffet was. The design of the hotel is Japanese modern, and I was able to spend a relaxing time in a very calm atmosphere.

I stayed with my friends and family for one night. I didn't know that the front desk was on the top floor, so I wandered around for a while. The front desk staff was prompt and I was able to check in smoothly. Although the service was a little inferior to hotels in the same price range in Fukuoka city, I had a comfortable stay. I went to the public bath late at night after my children had gone to sleep, and the cleaners were cleaning it frequently, so I got the impression that it was clean. I didn't think it was eco-friendly to be able to use as many towels as you wanted...I got worried about my child and left after a few minutes, but when I spoke with the cleaning staff, she kindly said, ``You can come in the next morning, so please take your time with your child.'' I was happy. Breakfast had many items and was delicious. We look forward to seeing you again if you have the opportunity to stay with us again.
