Worst experience staying at Reddoorz :')Previous disclaimer: I have often stayed at 2 Star hostels, whether affiliated with Reddoorz, OY*, or even those that stand alone.I understand and understand the limitations of facilities and services. In my opinion, it is normal for 2 star class or budget rooms.But why do I say this is serious?1. When I arrived the receptionist was sleeping/snoozing on the front sofa2. There is an elevator but it doesn't work. We are directed to use the stairs, in the main room, very dark and damp, not only scary, but also looks dirty3. Arriving at the room, the smell was very unpleasant. Strong musty smell with the smell of cigarette smoke (even though the room is non-smoking)4. Because I was very tired, I immediately sat half lying on the bedcover, when I wanted to cover myself, the bedcover and bedsheet next to me turned out to be wet, like there was seepage.5. I complained via telephone, I didn't pick up (I felt too lazy to go down the stairs from the 3rd Floor) But because it was so annoying and intolerable, I just called downstairs, it turned out the mattress was seeping, he said :) Where is the seepage coming from?? I don't know either, right? Hahaha, I don't understand, this room was never checked or what?6. I was moved to another room, thank God it wasn't that bad, even though the sheets had stains, I don't know when they were last changed :') The wooden bed of the mattress was cracked, wood chips were in the mattress, sorry 😭😭😭7. Enter the bathroom?? The smell of urine is extraordinary, like a floor that has been urinated on and not brushed :')8. When you want to take a shower, the only amenities are soap in the dispenser, which is 70% water :') I'm the only one who is a boarding house kid and this is not the case and the towels are very musty!!! Oh my gosh, this is really serious😭😭Anyway, I booked this room because I had work nearby, because I was lazy about PP, so I suddenly booked the cheapest room in the area where I work (not really cheap, 200 thousand). I knew for sure the facilities were normal, the room was small, but I didn't expect it. dirty, dirty and horror like this. I'm sorry, sorry 😭😭😭 My boarding house is still better, my goodness 😭😭Actually, Tirta Mansion is quite okay for a hostel, but please take care of it :') At least it's clean. Later facilities. Moreover, I've entered OTA, I feel sorry for the visitors who need a break. Luckily I was tired from work, so I was finally able to sleep even though the condition of the room was very sad :')

minus points: there's no door handle, you only need a key to open and close the door from the outside, the room is narrow, the bathroom is cramped, the TV can't be turned on, the wifi can't connect to the internet, the switch on the back of the bed really bothers me so I can't sit on the back with the lights off, the towels smell bad .plus point: the wardrobe is nice and has lights so as long as the bedroom lights are turned off, the lights from the wardrobe are good enough for non-glaring lighting.

The place is scary, and when you walk to the stairs it's a bit dark, then when you get to your room, the TV is off and the sheets look like they haven't been changed and there's a bottle under the bed and the most annoying thing is that when you want to shower, there's no water at all. My advice for those of you who want to stay overnight is don't stay here, just look for another place, there are lots of cheap and comfortable ones

I swear it's really bad. Very dirty, very dark. Like a boarding house. Not recommended at all. When I wanted to enter, the receptionist wasn't there. I was screaming and still didn't come out until I waited like 10 minutes. The bed sheets had lots of stains. No, don't come here again, okay?

First and last time staying here,1. The bed sheet has changed color, from white to brown and has lots of clear stains2. The level of cleanliness is not maintained....there is hair (identical to pubic hair) on the mattress3. Dirty mats were not replaced by other customers4. The bathroom is slippery and smelly... apparently it's never been brushed5. TV channels are not clear... almost all channels cannot be seen6. Mineral water is only provided with gallon mineral waterEven though the price is a bit low, please think about LG if you want to stay here, NOT RECOMMENDED...
