The room is a cozy space. It's very convenient because you can take off your shoes. The room is spacious, with sufficient lighting and air conditioning. There is also a Japanese-style room where you can laze around. The bath was made of cypress and shaped like a bucket. The washroom is spacious, and there is also a refrigerator and microwave. There is no elevator and you have to take the stairs to get to your room.On the first floor is a shop called Portama where you can eat pork and egg-yaki rice balls. You can check in and check out at the store there. The clerk who answered my question was not very efficient, and even though I had a problem, they didn't do anything about it, so I was a little confused.

This accommodation facility is a renovated multi-tenant building. The building itself is old, but the contents are new and have been spent a lot of money. It's strange to check in by talking to the staff at Potama.

A very magical hotel, located above a very popular and fashionable Okinawa rice ball restaurant. Everything is so new, clean, and spacious, and there is no smell of oil smoke. It is really amazing. Another feature is that there are no carpets, which is great for a family with allergies. For travelers who only visit Fukuoka, the location is also very convenient. The train goes directly to Gion from the airport and is just a short walk away from the station. Kushida Shrine is the back garden. When you reach Kushida Shrine-mae Station, you change lines. Kushida Shrine Station As for Canal City, it’s not a problem to walk to the Anpanman Museum or Tenjin.Having stayed in Hakata and Tenjin, Gion doesn't have that super busy feeling, which is very suitable for people who don't like to be too crowded. You can order rice balls and drinks from the store for breakfast every day, which is very convenient. The room has a sink and microwave. My husband likes it very much. It is a good reference for family guests! The coffee machine is also very convenient

good point・The location is great. You won't have any trouble taking the train or taxi. Convenience store is also nearby.・Beautiful and spacious room・Cypress bathtub・Comfortable bedBad points-There is no elevator, so you have to take the stairs with your luggage. Moreover, you have to take off your shoes when using the stairs, which can be dangerous if you are not careful not to drop your belongings or hit them on your feet.・The facilities and amenities were different from what was described on the website. There were no security boxes, slippers, or shoe shine that were listed on the website as being provided, and they said they were not provided in the first place.・The air conditioner (air conditioner) was not very effective, and the room finally became cool when I set it to 18 degrees Celsius and set the air volume to maximum.-There are no curtains, just windows and shoji screens, so city lights can enter the room even at night. Not suitable for people who like to sleep in total darkness.conclusionIt feels like a luxurious private lodging, so don't expect the same level of service and response as a hotel. In particular, I can't help but feel a sense of discomfort that there was nothing marked as "available" and that it was not provided even if I pointed it out. I don't think I will visit again.
