It is impossible for foreigners to communicate with hotel staff. Even if you ask for more towels, they just tell you to wait. The self check-in place was so hot that it was painful.

This is where I stayed for 3 nights while staying for 7 nights and 8 days.It was the best of the three hotels👍👍👍👍 and it was spacious.It was a place where you could even cook food.I cooked and ate ramen and rested very comfortably.However, the distance to Hakata Station is about 1km.It was hard to walk around in the hot weather ^^;The service is 3 stars ㅠCheck-in was very difficultIt is operated unmanned, but there is a tablet that requires check-in.While I was wandering around for a while because it was out of business, I got lucky.A local person came to check in and shouted help me.I really didn’t meet any locals.. ㅜㅜIt was really, really hard in that scorching heat.This part clearly needed improvement.(There was a phone number, but even Japanese people had a hard time.)

I couldn't check in and even though I called for 40 minutes, I was told it was a wrong call and no other guests could get in either, so I was finally able to get through and was given my PIN number. I made a reservation because the reviews were good, but it was the worst!
