There is no service. There is no need to leave your suitcase, clean the room, or meet the staff. Instead, the room is quite spacious. I thought it would be great for group guests. I stayed there with 3 people, and there is enough space for 5 people to sleep, but there is no room for 5 suitcases... The location is not far from Hakata Station, so it's pretty good. Recommended for those who want to sleep in the same room with 3 or more people, check-in at 4 o'clock instead... Please come slowly.

It's very bad. One room was sold for two. When I was eating in the room with my family, a stranger suddenly pressed the room code to open the door. The other party was also shocked. It was very uncomfortable to communicate with the customer service.1. There was no way to change the password on the same day. It had to be changed the next day.2. There was no explanation at all as to why two groups of tenants were given the same password. The customer service person who answered the phone also said that it was not his fault, so it was useless to complain to him.3. When I responded that there would be security issues if I couldn’t change my password that day, I also said, don’t worry, there is a camera.4. When I used the PAD in the room to complain, it didn’t answer the complaint. I had to use the main system outside to answer the complaint. It was obvious that I wanted to avoid it.

It's a 5-night stay, but they only provide one day's worth of towels. When I sent a message asking for enough towels in advance, the response was ok, but when I arrived, it was a one-day supply, so when I sent a message, I received a message telling me to wash it before using it. If that was going to be the case, they should have written it down in the notice in the first place, and it's not like they didn't contact me in advance, so I was very disappointed. Cleaning was okay. However, the sofa was very dark. It's perfect for two people, and if you have kids, I recommend somewhere else.

The entrance was a little difficult to find.It's unmanned so there's no hassle.When checking in, inputting the names of all guests in Roman letters is a pain.At the end of the check-in procedure, the room's pin number will be displayed, and the room will be unlocked by entering that number into the touch key at the entrance.Inside the room, there is a pipe bed above the sofa, and a separate loft.It feels like a college student living alone in an apartment in the city center.Just what you need for a cheap stay.Check-out can be completed quickly using a tablet device located in the room.

There are constant noises from other rooms.It looks like the rating is good because there aren't many reviews, but it was the worst hotel ever.The walls are so thin that it feels like you are living together with other guests.
