As it is a new hotel, the facilities in the room were very clean and comfortable. The water area was clean and there was no mold. The person at the reception desk seemed to have come to work from overseas, but I had no problems speaking Japanese and was very attentive to the details, which I was very grateful for. The location is also 5 minutes walk from Ujima Station, and a convenience store is just 5 minutes away, so I think it's a great place to use Ujima as your base and travel around Oita by train.I lived in a container house, but I couldn't hear any noise from my neighbors, and I was surprised at how perfect the sound and heat insulation was. This may actually be better because you won't hear people's voices or footsteps compared to a normal hotel. There is a massage machine on the chair in the room, and everything you need for daily life such as a refrigerator, freezer, and microwave is provided.I stayed for 3 nights and had no inconvenience at all. thank you very much.

Customer service varies greatly depending on the person. The foreigner and the male customer service was very good, but I think the two women are not very good at customer service. When you make a reservation, you are supposed to send information about what time you will arrive, but the door is closed and you call the place written on the sign and wait for a long time. When you finally arrive, the two of you come slowly and have a nice conversation. Please...and I think it would be a good idea not to say anything about the wait.It was a shame because the container hotel was very nice.

The inside of the movable container is no different from a business hotel. The antenna level of the TV is low and sometimes there is noise or the TV stops playing. The rest is new, clean and comfortable.

There is no BS, CS, or paid broadcasting. There's nothing nearby, so make sure to prepare in advance. The advantage is that it is well soundproofed since it is far away from the neighbors. For some reason, there were slippers and two pillows. The bed is short.

I have used it many times12/13 Check-in It smells like cigarettes. There are people here who smoke even though they have signed a memorandum. It's a shame. I managed to sprinkle the deodorant in the room, but it still smelled. I should have changed the room. Unfortunately, I'm hypersensitive to chemicals. It's very painful. I'll ask them to change it next time.

I used it on a family trip.It was my first time staying in a container-type room, and the soundproofing was better than a poor business hotel, and if you're staying by car, you can park it in front of your room, which is great. It's also convenient since it's close to the JR station. For breakfast, you can choose frozen pasta or fried rice at the front desk and have it in the microwave in your room, as well as coffee and tea.

Next time, definitely not!!!The rooms are clean and beautiful, but the stairs at the entrance are absolutely terrible and extremely inconvenient. The condition of the TV consultation is very bad and the picture and sound are interrupted which is very unpleasant!!!!!Service is minus 5Impossible!!Although it seems to be a chain store, there is no trace of "hospitality", which is the origin of the word hotel. Can this even be called a hotel?Price: 10,800 yen for the Saturday before the eventIt's also extremely messy!

It's a great option for an inexpensive but comfortable living room. There's a 7-Eleven about a 10-minute walk away, so it's convenient.Wi-Fi was also fast and comfortable.
