The other accommodation I initially booked on Hotels.com was changed to this accommodation due to a heating failure on the same day. The hotel gave us a 15,000 yen taxi coupon because it was far from the place we had previously reserved. We changed it to a room with two double beds. But actually, since we were traveling with two people, having two beds was useless haha. First of all, the facilities were very clean, the heating was good, and most of all, the toilet and washroom were separate, so it was comfortable. The bathtub was very small due to Japanese characteristics, but it had an automatic water filling function in the room (but did not use it). However, it is far from the downtown area, so it is not recommended for solo travelers or women. I was scared when I came into the hotel at night. Still, it was easy to go to the convenience store because there was a Lawson nearby. There is the inconvenience of having to use a shared microwave and coffee pot on the first floor.

Used at the live performance at Fukuoka Civic Center!Same as a room in an apartment! No pajamas or slippers! The front desk is far away, so if you make the mistake of heading straight to the hotel, you'll be in trouble! The location of the front desk is also difficult to find! It's beautiful with an auto-lock system, but the air conditioner doesn't work very well and doesn't warm up easily. The bed is big and nice! It's a little inconvenient because there is only one trash can!It felt like I was staying at someone's house (lol)Parking fee applies! 1,000 yen per night

You have to go to another place to get the key. We booked the room 2 months ago, but we were charged repeatedly for two consecutive days. However, we did not cancel it a month after the response. Instead, we had to call Booking.com customer service more than a month later to cancel. . What's even more interesting is that we registered the "possible arrival time" on Booking.com a few days before departure, but we were charged a "change check-in" fee when we checked in. Although it was only a small 500 yen, it felt very bad. 1: We are just reminding us on booking.com of the possible arrival time, not changing the check-in time, not to mention there is no check-in time in the first place. Second: After using Booking.com for so many years, I have never been charged for noting the possible arrival time, and I have never seen any instructions on how to charge for booking. Because I was traveling with friends and didn’t want to ruin my mood, I paid after a few simple responses. However, after being swiped repeatedly and being charged inexplicably, my friends and I will no longer stay or recommend this accommodation.
