The owner is friendly and responds quickly when I send an email, which is nice.The location is close to the subway station, so it's easy to access anywhere.But the cleanliness is the worst!!!!!!!The floor is also dirty, sticky and dusty.I pushed the vacuum cleaner every day and cleaned it myself.Fortunately, the bedding was clean and odorless.There is a large cigarette ashtray in front of the accommodation.There are a lot of people smoking in front of the accommodation late at night.

1. The location is really good. The location was great because you could get to most of the subway markets, Dotobori, Don Quijote, drug store, and restaurants within 10 minutes.2. Internal structure: Even though there is a separate toilet, bathroom, sink, and kitchen, as well as two king beds, a sofa, a refrigerator, and a microwave, the living room is spacious, so I was able to spread out three 25-inch suitcases and move around comfortably.3. The bedding was neat and clean. It was nice to have all the amenities and separate trash cans.4. The downside is that there is no elevator - I requested the 2nd floor in advance. Only two towels were provided, one each for the body and one for the face, so it was difficult to stay for 4 days, so I prepared towels in advance. I was told to use the washing machine on the first floor, but I couldn't use it due to lack of time due to my tight travel schedule.

If you want to stay here, you have to pray that you don't live on the 5th floor and encounter stair construction at night.

Long review ahead. In short, good location but not suitable for families with young children or with big suitcases.Pros:1) very good location as it is just outside Kuromon Market, walking distance to subway Stations and Shinsaibashi.2) room is generally clean and 2 beds for 3 adults and 1 child.3) Small kitchenette with plates, cutleries and knives.4) Separate basin, bathroom, and toilet with a curtain to separate out the living area and bath area.5) There is a rice cooker, microwave and electric kettle. I only used microwave and kettle.Cons:1) Our room was on the 5th floor and there was NO lift. The stairway is a steep, narrow, spiral staircase that is just nice for one person one way one time. So I had 2 large suitcases. My husband had to carry it up. It was quite dreadful to leave and go back to the room everyday. My boy says our last exercise of the day was to climb 5 storeys up to our hotel room. On checkout day, I had to literally offload and handcarry 30% of my stuff to level 1 so that my husband can carry the 2 luggages down and then repack everything again. Super not recommended if you have young kids. Good for friends travelling together or back packers.2) There are no hooks to hang clothes in the bathroom area. Suggest owner can put up some hooks outside the bathroom so that your guests can hang clothes and put them on after shower.3) The lack of any side table to put any skincare, combs, or makeup. I understand it's like a one bedroom apartment with limited space, but the lack of space to put these stuff for ladies is really quite inconvenient. Consider placing one table beside the sink please.4) cups, cutlery, utensils and diswashing detergent bottle were oily and not properly clean. Quite disgusting when I first touched it and I end up cleaning them as well.

The Nestay Inn Osaka was a great place to stay right at the start of the Kuromon Market! The housing was nice and had enough room to sleep 4 comfortably and the couch could be used for others as well. The couch is a storage for a futon that could be laid on the ground if needed. Room contained a large refrigerator, microwave, hot water kettle and a small rice cooker. Some useful travel toiletries were included such as shampoo, conditioner and body wash which is helpful for those that want to pack lighter. Individually packaged toothbrush and toothpaste as well as razors were also included. The location is supreme not only being located right at the Kuromon Market but easily within walking distance to the metro station as well as DenDen Town, Dotonburi, Shinsaibashi, Shinsekai, and many more locations. Only complaint is the location only has stairs, we were traveling with kids and were put on the 5th floor, so hiking up the winding stairs with luggage and doing it daily to come in and out was a challenge. Otherwise, highly recommended and the managers were very quick to respond to messages and very polite and professional!

The location is quite good! The price is great too! Located next to Kuromon Market and Nihonbashi Station, and very close to Shinsaibashi! Quite convenient! The room is very clean and quiet, I like it very much❤️

The hotel is in the Kuromon Market. Turn left and walk for half a minute to reach the Kuromon Market. It is very convenient for eating, drinking and shopping.
