The following is the Chinese translationUnfortunately, Chinese tourists continue to ruin travel and hotel stay experience in Japan. While the rooms and service are great (basically, like all Japanese hotels), the customers made this place hell.Specifically:1. Loud. I am an American. We're loud. But Chinese tourists win the loudness prize. Through the doors, their noise kept us awake.2. Gather in hallways. As if being loud in the rooms isn't enough, sitting in hallways and being loud. I am talking about late hours.3. Leave room door open. This makes room noise even louder. Why do this? Then, using hair dryer (already loud) and talking to each other louder because hair dryer is loud.4. Rude elevator and queue manners. Chinese have a fighting contest to get to the front of lines. To hell with everyone else.Yes, I know difference between Chinese people and other people, including Japanese. It's actually really easy to know, even if you can't detect difference in appearance or language. Just look at behavior.Sorry for the honesty here. Everyone knows it. I guess having enough wealth to travel doesn't buy you grace or even manners.Unfortunately, Chinese tourists continue to ruin the travel and hotel experience in Japan. While the rooms and service are good (as is basically the case with all Japanese hotels), the patrons make the place a mess.Specifically1. Noisy. I am American. We are very noisy. But the Chinese tourists won the loud prize. Their noise through the door kept us awake.2. Gather in the hallway. It's not enough to make a lot of noise in the room, but also to sit in the hallway and make a lot of noise. I'm talking about late at night.3. Leave the door open. This will make the room noisier. Why do this? Then, use the hair dryer (which is already very loud) and because the hair dryer is loud, you talk to each other even louder.4. Behaving rudely in elevators and waiting in line. Chinese people rushed to queue. To hell with everyone else.Yes, I know the difference between Chinese and other people, including Japanese. It's actually pretty easy to tell, even if you can't tell the difference in appearance or language. Just look at the behavior.Sorry, I'm telling the truth here. Everyone knows it. I suppose being rich enough to travel does not buy elegance or even decorum.

I made a reservation based on a friend's recommendation and was very, very satisfied!! They provided very friendly guidance in English and Japanese for me and my boyfriend (who is French), and the room condition was satisfactory. The location is also perfect. Next time I go to Osaka, I want to go here again.

Stayed at this hotel for 1 night only, but it was such a great experience. The hotel is located close to dotonbori and shinsaibashi. Quite a walking distance from the jr namba station, but doable (maybe not under the hot sun haha!). The staff were all very friendly and accomodating. You arent allowed to check in before 3pm, but they are able to keep your luggages for you. Opposite of the hotel is a halal pho-viet restaurant and a halal ramen restaurant. Although i didnt get to try them, perhaps i will come again next time. I highly recommend this hotel for it’s strategic location and convenience.Room was also comfortable enough for 2! I’d consider it pretty spacious as i was able to open up my luggage comfortably!

You can get there by walking about 5 minutes from Namba Station. It's a bit noisy because there are clubs nearby. However, the support staff's service is very good and they are very friendly. I had a happy trip thanks to the kindness of the staff. There are often staff who speak Korean, but it's not perfect.

It is a hotel where it is quite difficult to find a vacant room. With the location of the hotel, the price is not high, the service is very good.
