It's close to the station and close to a convenience store. I didn't have free coffee and chose the breakfast included option, but I was unexpectedly given a bento box.

It's close to Shin-Yokohama Station, and there's a coin parking lot next door, so I think it's convenient for transportation.Coin parking costs around 1,500 yen per day.Wi-Fi is available in the building, and the rooms are equipped with basic amenities such as microwaves, refrigerators, and USB jacks, as expected from the Livemax series. However, perhaps in an attempt to cut personnel costs, the front desk staff spoke poor Japanese and was unfamiliar with the system and processes. At the time of check-in, there was a line of about 10 people, so I would like you to think about how to deal with it a little more.

Cleaning is not done well. It's terrible under the bed lolThe mirror in the bathroom is also cloudy and useless.Other than that, it's a normal business hotel.Livemax actively employs foreign staff, so please keep that in mind. For breakfast, you just receive a bento boxed onigiri and tea at the front desk. I was surprised by this lolSince it's Livemax, I was expecting a breakfast buffet, but in this case, it's better to buy it at a convenience store or have a breakfast set meal somewhere.

The room is too small. It's smaller and really cramped than the business hotels in Tokyo. . .
