Overall, it was a hotel with nothing too bad. Considering the price, I think it's right to give it 5 stars. It was great that there was a kitchen, so I was able to cook.

Wife booked on Agoda so I will review here. You get what's in the pictures, so not a 5 star hotel, not a hotel at all but a small apartment, but a few nice things.We had the 4 person room and beds are small, not queen or king size, but manageable. The room we had is tight with luggage and 4 people, but you can make due for a few days.So a few things that got them an extra star or two:1) wife's agoda message did not fully download so she was confused about access. Management were responsive and came out to help and were pleasant even though our mistake at only viewing half the message.2) some English spoken. A nice surprise and helped resolve our confusion.3) says 4pm check in but we were allowed to enter at 1:30 no problem, beyond us not knowing the access code.4) single server drip coffee vs the nescafe instant we've had at all hotels minus a nice one in Tokyo with Nespresso.5) good location and somewhat quiet.6) many reviews of other hotels complain about towels, and I'd assume they have read this. We entered the room and we're supplied 8 large towels and 8 smaller towels for the 4 of us. Did not need to ask, that's their standard I guess.7) laundry available on balcony but also laundromat a 2 minute walk away so super convenient to do multiple loads at once including drying vs hanging to dry. 60 minute cycles at laundromat so quick and easy.Again, not the nicest place we've stayed but good value for what you pay.

Our experience with Elizabeth Garden 2 for our 7-day stay in Osaka has been amazing. Tomarunen Osaka was very attentive and approachable. Staffs kept our luggage in their office from our checkout time to pick up time to the airport.The host is very nice and suggesting options for us. They are also very responsive to inquiries.Highly recommend this airbnb!!!

We stayed here for around 1 week as we used Osaka as a base to visit Kyoto and Nara too.It was nice and spacious, at least coming from a week and a half in an APA. It had all the main amenities you needed including a washing machine, cookware, cutlery, ironing board and an iron. There was a smoking area outside and the staff held our luggage before our check-in time.The office is in the lobby and was staffed until late. You need a code to enter the building as well as to enter your room, so make sure you check your messages from the hotel prior to the check in date.Soundproofing was adequate for Japan. Our specific washing machine drained into the balcony but due to the drain being blocked by gunk and a sock, it flooded both ours and the neighbours balcony each time we used it.There are plenty of restaurants nearby as well as a short walk to the konbini, the station and dotonbori. I would definitely stay here again as it's good value for money.

We stayed here with our 3rd child. Location is very great, within walking distance of the tourist spots. Also very close to the metro. What we really liked was that you received a code for the entrance door and the room door. This way all three of us could come back and leave at different times without having to wait for each other. There was free coffee and shampoo. The room was smaller than what we as Europeans are used to, but one of the largest we have had in Japan! Enjoyed this place very much! Also good contact with the owner! Thank you!

Located right at Kuromon market in Osaka's bustling Namba shopping center. Extremely convenient to enjoy Japanese dishes, go to the station to go to tourist attractions or go shopping, bars are also very close. The service in the room is quite complete, you can buy food to cook yourself, there is a washing machine, an ironing machine, and a place to dry clothes. Coffee, facial soap are very good. The only thing missing is a vegetable washing basket and the bedroom is a bit cramped, making it quite difficult to move around, but in return the location is great.

Literally beside Kuromon Market and Nippombashi Station and just a 10 min walk to Dotonbori. Room is spacious for Japan accommodations. Lots of nearby convenience stores and groceries. Recommended!

The transportation is very convenient. You can take the elevator from Exit 10 of Nihombashi Station, which is very convenient for dragging luggage. Exit 5 can go to the Namba walk underground street. From the underground street, you can go all the way to Ebibashisuji, Dotonbori and Namba Station of the Nankai Electric Railway. The room is similar to the one in the photo. The wet and dry separation is very convenient. There is a small kitchen with everything. The room price is larger than that of Toyoko Inn. There is really no space to spread the luggage. It is also quite clean overall. I will consider the hotel next door next time.

It's in a great location, just 3 minutes walk from Kuromon Market.Unfortunately, the walls are thin and you can barely hear the voices and sounds from the neighbors.Since we were traveling with children, we had to constantly pay attention to the volume and loudness of our voices. .There were 2 adults and 2 children, so I was planning on sleeping on the sofa bed, but there were only enough comforters for the bed.

The owner and the staff are very accommodating. Place is accessible to all, just walking distance to Dotonbori, Namba and Kuromon Market. Near bus and train station. Recommended hotel. Will definitely book this hotel again.
