It's new so the facilities were clean.I was worried about the shower door being a frosted glass door (so you could see me undressing) and the lock.Reservations are required for parking. There is not much parking available around here, so be careful when staying here!

It's cheap, and the bathroom and toilet are shared, but there's no inconvenience at all and it's very clean. It's a dormitory room, but after the coronavirus, they gave us a private room instead of a dormitory. My daughter and I stayed there very comfortably. However, there is no parking lot, so you have to walk a bit far. It's right near Izuhara Port.

・Bed is spacious and comfortable・Free use of washing machine・Enriched relaxing spaceAlthough it is very reasonable at 3,500 yen, it has plenty of facilities such as a cooking space, a shared washing machine and refrigerator, and a relaxing space where you can chat, and it is within walking distance from the ferry terminal and the center of Izuhara. Thank you.It was a single room, but the bed was not a single bed, but a slightly larger one, so I was able to get a good rest.Body soap and shampoo are provided in the shower room, so you don't have to bring your own. There seemed to be some paid amenities as well.The smoking room is located in the middle of the 1st floor, but perhaps because it was set up properly, there was no unpleasant odor or anything like that.If I had to point out a drawback, it might be that the structure of the room makes it a little easier for noise to resonate. If you are sensitive, it is a good idea to prepare earplugs and the like.

Reservations can be made by phone, and highly recommended if you can speak Japanese! It is perfect for the low price of 3,500 yen for a single room, good location, and clean interior facilities. Except late at night, there is always a staff member at the counter, so it is easy to respond if a problem arises. Smokers have the advantage of not having to leave the building as there is a smoking booth next to the counter on the first floor. I was worried that the booth would smell like cigarette smoke, but fortunately it didn't. I also smoke, but I am sensitive to smells, so this bothered me, but I think this is a level that even non-smokers won't be concerned about. There is a private parking lot, but it is about a 2-minute walk away and the fee is 200 yen per day. If I visit Izuhara again, I think this will be my place to stay again.

It's close to Family Mart, and the prices are cheap. It's also close to Izuhara Bar, so I recommend it.
