I won't go again.First of all, I don't recommend it. I went there for two days and one night, and there was only one unfriendly Japanese person who seemed to be the manager. Foreigners seemed to be busier in the main jobs. It seems that a small number of people are doing the reception, meal preparation, cleaning, etc. The reservation email from the inn stated, ``To prevent the new coronavirus, our employees are wearing masks while serving customers.'' However, the foreign guests were not wearing masks, and the Japanese staff were not wearing masks. It wasn't even noticed. There was no air conditioning in the room or hallway, so it was hot and humid. The room smells of mold and cannot be called very clean. The washrooms and toilets had poor drainage and were yellowed, giving the impression that they had not been properly cleaned, rather than being dirty due to age. There were no hand towels in the room and no toiletries in sight. There seemed to be a lack of towels, and toiletries were placed carelessly at the bottom of the drawer. The food was not worth the price. Although it is said to be a countermeasure against the coronavirus, there are many customers in a small tatami room, and the situation is clearly crowded. It was separated by a dusty blind with a gap that appeared to be a partition, but it was also unsanitary and worrisome. I had reserved a family bath, so when I went to the bathroom at the reserved time, there was hot water of about 70 degrees, and my husband burned his feet. I went to speak to a Japanese staff member who seemed to be the manager, but all she said was that she was sorry. Even adults suffered such burns, so it was terrifying to imagine what would have happened if a child had gotten into it. The foreign staff were working hard, so why not try a little more Japanese hospitality throughout the hotel? It would be embarrassing if people from outside the prefecture thought that Ureshino Onsen was nothing like this.

23/12/6-7 First time at Ureshino Onsen. After passing through Nagasaki - Huis Ten Bosch - Arita and Hasami, I decided to visit here. A trip to northern Kyushu as the seventh wave of coronavirus subsides and tourism is in the mood to resume. I was able to stay at a really good price with travel discounts and regional promotion tickets, and I thoroughly enjoyed my trip. After arriving at the inn, take a walk around the hot spring town of Ureshino. First of all, the tea served at the hotel was very delicious, so I asked the hotel about it and visited the Onohara Seicha wholesaler. After that, I went to Toyotamahime Shrine (also named after the catfish, which is said to have beautiful skin), Siebold's footbath, etc. To Mawari Inn. Many shops were not open due to the coronavirus pandemic, so I felt a little lonely.Return to the hotel and have dinner. The inn's pride is in its food, so the portions were moderate, but the taste of each dish was carefully crafted, and I enjoyed it while sipping on Saga's sake ``Toichi''.Although the bath was small, I was able to soak in the smooth hot springs.Breakfast is a two-tier bento box, boiled tofu, and vegetable soup. It was satisfying. It's a little far from the center, but is it a hidden gem? It's a nice accommodation and the price is reasonable. I think the cost performance was high.

In December 2022, I made a reservation for 3 suites with outdoor hot springs. The reservation was from 2023/03/15 to 3/16. With less than a month left before departure, the hotel received a letter saying that I was sorry to cancel the reservation because the hotel was under renovation?? ?March is the peak tourist season in Kyushu. I knew it might be delayed due to renovations, but I didn't inform you earlier. It was not easy to book other hotels, especially if there were more than 6 people. If our passengers cancel the reservation a moment ago and cannot stay, you will feel bad too!!

I didn't go and I made a reservation through Agoda for this Saturday (2023.02.12-14), but they arbitrarily canceled it and refunded me, saying that the accommodation was closing today (2023.02.07).I don't know if it was actually closed or overbooked, but it's really too much to do this a few days before the trip. With accommodation gone, travel has come to a halt. All plans change, and it's not easy to reserve new accommodations. really… It's too bad.I hope someone can answer if it's really true that the store is closed.
