I made a reservation for the fireworks display.We stayed as a family of 3 (a couple and a 9 month old child).It's still milk, so I open the electric kettle to boil water...Contains a crispy tissue and long hair.Even if I wash it, I don't want to use it for my child's milk.I made it by warming a plastic bottle of water I bought from a vending machine with bath water.The bathroom smells like mold.The toilet lid hits the sink and won't open completely.It was something like that (´・ω・`)The fireworks display was canceled the day before.I felt it would have been better to cancel even if I had to pay a 50% cancellation fee.

Thank you for staying with us for 4 nights! It's located right next to Shimabara Outer Port, and the nearby supermarket is less than a 10-minute walk away! Although it was getting old, the view in the morning was satisfying!

During the 2024 summer vacation trip.This hotel is located on a hill. Although it has a somewhat retro feel, the staff were very kind to welcome us. Parking is located opposite the building.There is a coin laundry on the left as you enter the entrance, and a small lobby on the right. There were two types of keys and we were given instructions on how to use the room. (There were two types of keys: one for the entrance to the room and one for the electrical power source.)The elevator had a skeleton on one side, and the hotel itself was on a hill, so it was nice to be able to see far into the distance. Overall, the hotel is a little old, but it has a homey feel, which is good.

Within walking distance from Shimabara Port Station, the terminal station of the Shimabara Railway. Convenient even without a car. Because it is located on a hill like a castle, you can see the location even from the train window of the Shimabara Railway. There are convenience stores, supermarkets, and other stores nearby, so you won't have any trouble shopping or eating out. Although the room feels quite old, it is still functional and comfortable enough to meet the needs of a business hotel, so there is no inconvenience in sleeping there. There is also a coin laundry where you can wash your clothes normally. Isn't this a convenient and comfortable inn as a base for sightseeing in Shimabara?

The equipment is appropriate for the model year.There are no particular inconveniences when using it for business trips.The response from all the staff is also good.Amenities were brought to the lobby.This is not a hotel that claims to be luxurious, so I think this is fine.

Bikes can be parked in the underground parking lotHowever, the entrance is on a steep slope, so please make your own decisions.
