It's a lovely hotel.Breakfast is very delicious, but it's a bit on the sweet side! There are no amenities. If disposable slippers were provided in addition to the provided ones, toothbrushes would have been better.

The room is a little old, but it's clean and relaxing. The food, service and location are great. My husband and I had a relaxing time.

I had a jazz live performance at Kobe Maiko's Setore a long time ago, and it was a nice hotel, so I used the affiliated Setore on my trip to Nagasaki.I was impressed by how nice all the hotel staff were.I was given a canelé made at the hotel as a souvenir, and the drinks were inclusive, so I was able to relax in the lounge while reading a book and drinking.Breakfast was a small bowl of Nagasaki specialties prepared by the chef, and was very delicious! However, since the hotel is located in the middle of a hill, the parking lot was so small that I couldn't get in, and I was surprised at how expensive nearby parking lots were, but even with that, I had a perfect experience.

I used it on the last day of my honeymoon. This was my first time staying at an all-inclusive hotel. I was impressed by the canelé welcome sweets, the handmade castella cake in the lounge, Anno potato and loquat jam, and the many drinks. The room was very cute and we had a wonderful stay! Also, the meals both in the morning and in the evening were especially wonderful, and I was happy to be able to enjoy a lot of local Nagasaki food. For dessert, put it on the plate.I was able to write a funny message and create memories that I will never forget. All the staff were warm and made us the best memories!thank you very much!

Two people stayed for sightseeing, and the level of satisfaction was high, ranking it among the top hotels I've stayed at so far.Although the hotel as a whole feels old, it doesn't mean it in a bad way; it has a retro feel, coupled with the streetscape that shows the footprints of Nagasaki's modern history. I was given a good impression because I could see that it was well maintained. The guest room was fairly spacious, and the interior was stylish, so I didn't have any trouble spending time in the room. This cannot happen in a business hotel.I think the selling point of this hotel is the lounge, which was really good. We had a wide variety of drinks and alcohol, all-you-can-eat snacks, canelés, and castella made by the chef, and we had a very fulfilling time despite the bad weather. As for the breakfast, it was just average, but I think this is due to the fact that the food quality in Nagasaki is already too high, so I have nothing to complain about. It was just a bad comparison, but it was delicious. The only problem was that there was a hill at a scary angle on the way to the hotel. It would be difficult for non-adult men to drag a suitcase along, and if you carelessly let go of your suitcase on such a slope, it would slide down at an incredible speed, mowing down pedestrians like bowling pins. After arriving at Nagasaki Station, we recommend that you take a taxi to the front of the hotel. As I wrote a lot, it was a very wonderful hotel that provided a good value for the price. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nagasaki, and I would like to stay at this hotel again when I visit Nagasaki again. Thank you very much for your time.

The charm of this old building, the proximity of the sites, the sea view, the friendliness of the staff.+ Excellent location, sea view, near Japan's oldest Catholic church, Oura, and the former Western-style mansion of Thomas Blake Glover, perched on a hill and neighboring several other former colonial residences. Visit the Dejima site, by cable car, night view of Nagasaki from Mount Inasa.Breakfast is typically Japanese like the clientele, but thanks to the staff, notably Mr. YOSHIO Sasaki, we had the pleasure of European food in the morning. (Croissant, hard-boiled egg, jam and bacon). Free cakes and drinks- Very relative safety of balconies, very rusty and broken scrap metal protections.

The hospitality of the staff is low. Due to my travel plans, I needed to stay overnight in this area, so I stayed at this hotel instead of the hotel next door where I had stayed on a school trip in the past. Since I usually stay at inns, I was prepared to have no choice, but the unit bath was still painful. In addition, the hotel itself is very old, which makes it even more difficult. Wouldn't it be better to at least replace 🚽? Isn't the lever about to break? The toilet seat doesn't seem to be clean, and the curtains on the bus smell. Also, Nagasaki city has good transportation links, so if you thought you could just take the tram from Nagasaki Station to the hotel, you were wrong. Although it's close to the station, it's a really steep slope, and it's hell to climb up with a trunk case containing luggage for 3 nights and 4 days! ️Please take a taxi from the station❣️

The lounge looked appealing so I made a reservation. The room had a historical feel to it, but it was clean and well-maintained.Both dinner and breakfast were delicious, each dish was elaborate and luxurious, and the food gave you a taste of Nagasaki! The handwritten notes from the staff were also heartwarming. It was also nice to have board games.I will come back again.

I visited during Golden Week.I was drawn to the hotel's nice interior and complimentary drinks and food, but I was also drawn to the hotel's attitude of valuing its history and Nagasaki, such as taking a stroll through the night view and walking in the morning, so I decided to stay here.It was a bit confusing at first as it was located in the middle of a fairly steep slope, and parking was a little difficult. The location was wonderful, close to Glover Garden and Oura Cathedral, and the feeling of sleeping among the historic sites I had longed for was very precious. There was a convenience store nearby so I felt safe. There were many good things about the location, such as being able to tour Glover Garden before checking out, being able to see the Cathedral up close at night, and easily getting around town on the tram.We had a lot of fun, including a night view walk guided by the staff and canelé tasting!I would also like to hear some trivia, so I would like to participate in the morning saruku the next time I stay.
