I made a reservation after seeing Airbnb photos. When I got there, I saw that the ceiling was covered in dust and that it was clearly on the first floor, but the windows were small, like a basement room, so the lights had to be turned on even in broad daylight. When I wiped the floor or corners, dust and dog hair came out. There was a dog staying right up until check-in, and you could see dog food everywhere. As soon as I checked in, I protested using something like a tablet and asked for a room change, and then I got a phone call. Phew~~~! In a situation like this, you should come and apologize politely and show sincerity in resolving the problem... I just kept apologizing and asking for understanding. It was so basic that I asked for a refund and he refused. From the first day of the trip, I was very uncomfortable and I was angry that they were making fun of young Korean travelers. Don't ever go there!!!!!!! I didn't know when the dust would fall, so I only used the lower bed, and other than drinking water, I ate at the restaurant.

As everyone has written, cleaning is not done very well. There was a lot of dust at the back of the bed, and since the room had no windows, the ventilation fan was running all the time, but the ventilation fan seemed to collect a lot of dust.I stayed on the 1st floor because I had a pet with me.My room was next to the check-in counter, so I thought it would be unavoidable to hear a little outside noise, but at 5 a.m., which was too early for check-in, I was woken up by the sound of the outside door opening and closing several times. It was done. The door to the room was automatically locked, but the door itself didn't close properly, so I was worried and couldn't sleep from there. The location was convenient and good, but there was a reason why it was cheap.Next time I would like to stay at a major hotel. The online response from the hotel staff was smooth and good.

Go to the trouble of searching for pet hotels on EXpedia, and select "Pets Welcome" with pet images. There were other cheaper prices,I went out of my way to choose the one with the highest pet image and pet welcome. On the day of the event, you can find your room number on your tablet and take the elevator to the 4th floor. There is a sign on the elevator and pets are only allowed on the 1st floor. In case of violation, fine of 50,000 yenmy daughter noticed? ? (´・ω・`)?What do you mean?Return to the first floor and contact the operator using the tablet.ThenThe operator had to wait for several minutes.Pets are only allowed on the first floor. Can I cancel if I get angry? When I asked about it, I was told that it would be canceled on the same day, so I would have to pay the full amount of the cancellation fee. This is despite the fact that I chatted with the travel operator in advance and was introduced to them.Another suggestion from the operator is:Since I'm here on a trip, I can use the 4th floor. However, I was asked to pay the cleaning fee of 3,250 yen immediately.Since I have a family with me, it would be difficult to find a hotel for a pet shop at that time in the evening, so I reluctantly accepted the proposal. When I entered the room, I found the old guest's old slippers coming out from behind the door, making me wonder if they were paying a cleaning fee.According to the regulations, pet dogs must not be taken out of the pet carrier. But what's scary?Ask the chat operator if pets are allowed. It's fine for the wallpaper posted in the elevator when you book. This is a case where you stay without realizing that pets are allowed. There is a risk that you will be asked to pay a fine of 50,000 yen for checking your pet on the elevator camera later. In fact, one of our family's daughters noticed, so we went back to check.Cleaning fee if you notice and contact usIf you stay overnight without realizing it, you will be fined 50,000 yen. There is a possibility thatI don't think it's a new scam.I also posted a comment on a travel site to warn people, but there are still no comments.I'm starting to suspect that this is an intentional scam. Please be careful when traveling with your pet.

The soundproofing is okay.I stayed for 3 nights and could hear everything, including conversations in the next room and small noises, but people were screaming outside in the early morning for all 3 days (it was really bad). And there seems to be a karaoke room in the building next door, maybe in the basement, but the sound of singing and vibrations come through the building (I was on the 3rd floor). It's close to downtown, but it's not recommended due to noise issues.

The atmosphere, ease of use, and comfort of the room were perfect, and I was looking forward to checking in, but from around 10pm, the noise from the guests on the upper floors, such as dragging chairs, loud voices, and running footsteps, was terrible. Ta. There was a notice saying that if there was any noise in the room, please contact us immediately, so I contacted them via chat and was told that they would take care of it right away, but there was no improvement at all, and the noise only got worse. When I contacted them again by phone, they said they were on their way. His attitude was bad and unpleasant. After that, I didn't get any replies to the chat, probably because I was careful, and the response was very poor. It's a shame as it was a nice room. I just want my money back...

I was a little worried after reading the reviews. It's easy to find the location.Nene Chicken and Saemaeul Restaurant are right in the middle~A family of five, four of whom are adults and one of whom is an elementary school child. It was difficult to find accommodation, so I looked around several places and settled on the city center.I was worried about the reviews saying it was dirty and cold.We were clean and the heater was fine.Maybe it's because the weather is a little warmer? The accommodation is close enough to sleep comfortably, so I don't worry about much else (the hot water works really well~).I really liked that there were 4 double beds, and it was nice that there was plenty of room even with all 4 suitcases spread out.Since I continued to buy meals, I only cooked ramen for a day without any inconvenience. When I asked for plenty of towels, they really gave me a lot, so I stayed there for 3 nights and 4 days without worrying about anything. The food was even better than our trip to Osaka, so we had a fun food trip as a family of five.

I was worried because the reviews were so bad...If you sleep with the heater set to around 30 degrees, it's not that cold. It's located in the center of Tenjin, so it's great for playing. Don Quijote, restaurants, etc. are all within walking distance.

I went there without looking at the reviews, butIt's true that the cleaning wasn't done properly...I was especially concerned about the toilet...it was never cleaned. The splatter that the man used was just like that...(crying)I couldn't figure out how to check in even after checking the website, and even when I called, I couldn't find any instructions. I would have known right away if they had told me that there was a tablet when I opened the door next to the elevator...There is a tablet on the first floor. It's at the fire extinguisher, I keep repeating. In the end, the fire extinguisher was hidden in the garbage and couldn't be seen...Also, maybe it can't be helped because it's in a downtown area, but the parking lot is too expensive, and if you park overnight it costs over 2000 yen.The accommodation was cheap, but I thought it was something to consider. If you don't have a car, want to drink downtown, and don't mind getting dirty, this is perfect.

The location is good, but it's too cold even with the heater on at full blast and the hair is on the bed and it's dirty. The water comes out well.

Never go to the 4th Mizuka Daimyo branch. I stayed on the second floor, and the front window faces the street along the side of the bed, but even if I close the blinds (blinds made of comb teeth), the room can be seen through the comb teeth from the outside. I changed the shape of the blinds and went down to the street on the first floor to test whether they were visible or not hahahaha.I asked for an extra towel to cover it up, but the hotel management said they would give me another towel if it was visible when they saw it.The worst thing is that the bed is right next to the window. I was so anxious that I would be visible from outside during my stay. It's cold and the dust hasn't been cleaned, so please use another branch or go to another hotel.
