Great location, nice clean quiet rooms, very modern. Really good once you get by the horrible checkin system. Not only do you have to input all your information (which is very inconvenient if you are a party of five - why can’t they get this information from Expedia?), there is no information that your reservation does not unlock until you pay 800 yen in tourist tax.First read the QR code on the tablet screen with your phone. Then pay 800 yen in tourist tax. Then input your phone number, booking number, and personal details. And then go through five screens of house rules until it gives you your room number and entry code. On top of that, the sound of the tablet running the checkin system is so weak as to be inaudible. The frustration is taking rwo stars off the service - not that there is any, since this is one of Japans automated hotels. Which is fine, as long as they provide a smooth checkin system and clear explanations in English.

It took a while to get into the room because it was an unmanned hotel, but after trying it once, I think it will be easier next time. You must take a photo of each guest's passport using a tablet in the lobby to enter the room. The room is clean and the bed is large and spacious, so it's comfortable to sleep with your child.Even though it's in the middle of the city, there's no noise at all.

Huge rooms with lots of sleeping space at a reasonable price. Super clean and really close to excellent restaurants and shopping streets in nagasaki. Easily walkable to dejima, magane bridge and nagasaki wharf. Coin parking next door at a rate of roughly 20 CAD per week.

The location was good and it was clean. But I don't have pajamas and cotton swabs💦Also, as others have written, the head came off just by picking up the shower! lolThere are also instructions to separate the garbage, tie the bag tightly, scan the QR code, enter the information, and leave it at the garbage station outside, and there are penalties if you don't comply. It was a good idea to separate the garbage and put it together, but no matter where I looked, I couldn't find anything like a garbage station. Since you can make telephone inquiries using the touch panel, I tried calling, but no matter how many times I called, no one answered...I persisted until the check-out time, but the phone was not connected, so what should I do? I didn't understand and took it home. lol

When I checked in and entered the room, I was disappointed to find large pieces of snack food scattered under the table. When I looked inside the washing machine, I saw frizzy hair...The shower head was large and the water pressure was high, so I thought it was a good idea, but then the shower head slipped through and hit my big toe! It hit my thumb nail and it hurt.It should be cured immediately.

Since it is an unmanned hotel, check-in is a little, very difficult. However, since Korean is supported, the burden can be eased a little. The rooms are designed to allow self-catering, like regular residences. The property does not have a private parking lot, so if you are driving, we recommend finding parking nearby. The accommodation is located in the middle of Chinatown and downtown, making it very convenient for sightseeing.
