It was a good hot spring. The service was also very good. Although many ingredients were used, the dishes were carefully prepared.

I used it for 1 night and 2 days on October 5, 2024.Since it was my wife's birthday trip, I took a bit of a leap of faith and chose a premium room, and it was great. The room was clean, larger than I expected, and very comfortable. The cypress bath that came with the premium room was also great. As for dinner, everything was delicious with a seasonal menu.Regarding customer service, the young female employee who explained the room to me, although I will not reveal her name, was very kind and explained the facilities and room to me.All the other employees I came into contact with also provided warm customer service. The food, customer service, and rooms are great, so they should promote it more! That's what I thought.Below, I will list the points that I thought were strong, but the others were just too good, so I have no complaints.・The Hyakunen Yu next door seems to be an affiliated store, and guests can use it for free, but there is no special bath, so there may not be much need to go there.・There was no freezer in the refrigerator in the room. You can buy ice cream at shops and vending machines (Seventeen Ice), but there aren't many types. It would be nice if there was more ice cream available for purchase at the store or a freezer in the room.Since this is a review, I have written down some points that I found interesting, but it was the best inn I have ever stayed at.When I re-read it, I ended up with a stupid review that only said "It was great!", but I can't help it because it was great.I'm not the type to travel to a place I've already been to, so I don't think I'll be a repeat customer, but I wanted to give back in some small way, so I wrote a review. It was truly the best hot spring inn, so everyone should definitely try it out! ! ! ! !

Overall: This is the best inn I've ever stayed at! ! ! I really want to repeat it.Staff: The care and consideration of each staff member is amazing. Only this common employee is good! Rather than asking, almost everyone was attentive and thoughtful, asking, ``Are you going to do that much?!''Meals: They prepare a lot of high quality food. It was more than I expected. The creative dishes were very stylish and tasted like adults.Bath: Great. As expected of the three major hot springs. If I had to say, it would be better to enjoy yourself at Ureshino Motoyu instead of going to Hyakunen-Yu (free service) next door. You can take a day trip to Hyakunen no Yu, so to put it simply, it's a public bath.Room: Really clean. I booked this room based on the cleanliness of the room, and I was not disappointed. Hit!

Anyway, I think the response from the employees is wonderful. Information about the guests was also properly shared among the employees (a few words of encouragement from the employees were appropriate (*ˊᵕˋ*)), so we were able to spend a comfortable time.Needless to say, the quality of the hot spring water is excellent as it is fed directly from the source, and it is a beauty bath that will leave you feeling slippery.Furthermore, the baths and showers in the guest rooms are also hot springs, so you can enjoy the hot springs anytime. The private bath is also spacious and nice. Also, the dinner was really elaborate and of course it was delicious, but I was able to enjoy a wonderful time with the food that appealed to all five senses in terms of appearance and aroma.Even though there were a large number of dishes, each dish was thoroughly explained and served, making the meal even more enjoyable.

The meal was better than I thought, perhaps because I had seen many reviews saying it was not good. The quality of the hot spring water was not that impressive, perhaps because I had been to so many hot springs. It was unfortunate that there was no shampoo in the shampoo bar or no baby care service. It was nice to have friendly staff
