Blessed three nights in Hotel Ksnowki, would have loved to stay longer. Our room was a calm, light, lovely space reflecting the kind, thoughtful spirit of our host, who is lovely and happy to help with questions in English. Spotlessly clean. Good shower. Raised platform for suitcases much appreciated. Comfortable bed with soft natural fiber bed linens and even pyjamas. Beautifully designed with just what you need and nothing you don't, and lots of natural wood. Room and bathroom both a very good size, larger and even nicer than the photos. Nice terrace to catch evening breeze and great view. Quiet neighbourhood. Well situated for exploring Nagasaki: tram stop just a few minutes' walk. "Ksnowki" is a version of kusunoki, the camphor tree, which is a treasured symbol of the resilience of Nagasaki's people. Be aware that there is no lift and the stairs are steep, so do not bring heavy, bulky luggage!

The owner of this small property is one of the sweetest individuals I’ve ever encountered, and her hospitality is truly exceptional. This review, however, is an honest assessment of my stay. The room was stunning and remarkably spacious, particularly by Japanese standards. The minimalist design is executed with the skill and precision of a talented interior designer, creating a space that feels far from austere. I found myself wishing I could live right here, in this wonderful space, in such a beautiful city. The amenities provided were thoughtful and of high quality, including excellent coffee from a local shop, tea, and carefully selected snacks. If I return to Nagasaki, I would undoubtedly seek out this place again. It’s one of those hidden gems you hesitate to praise too highly, for fear it might be fully booked next time you’re in town. There was an incident where my room was double booked for one night, but the owner promptly and sincerely addressed the issue, arranging alternative accommodation at a nearby hotel at her expense. She even came over to the new property to check on me—a truly lovely gesture. Despite this singular hiccup, the overall experience of my stay was perfect.

It was a very beautiful room with a design based on white and wood. From the balcony, you could see the life in Nagasaki, and the time was quiet and relaxing. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk from Shinchi Chinatown. We like walking, so it was within walking distance to Nagasaki Station. (Streetcars are also convenient)Choosing a place to stay is very important for people with chemical sensitivities, and ksnowki uses natural detergents to wash and clean the rooms, so the bedding and pajamas were very comfortable. However, the price was very reasonable and the service from the owner was also very good. There was also a purified water pot, unadulterated soy milk, delicious coffee and decaf tea, and it was the most blissful moment.Thank you very much for providing such a wonderful space. We had a fun and relaxing time!

Stayed for two nights. The room was super spacious, bright and comfortable. It had a terrace facing the street. When the weather was good, I felt warm, comfortable and happy having lunch on the balcony. It was very quiet. The tram stop is at the corner, which is about a 2-minute walk away. It is very convenient to reach all important tourist attractions. You can also take a short walk to the four nearby temples and even Fengtoushan Park. The staff is communicative (in English), very kind and helpful.I deeply feel that I feel really happy when I travel to Nagasaki and live here. I highly recommend it! !There is a cute little bakery across the street that provides delicious natural yeast bread, and there is a super delicious Chikuwa (fish paste product) on the corner, both of which are worth recommending.

Fabulous hidden gem in the northern part of Nagasaki. My room was super spacious, light and comfortable with a terrace facing the street (fotos do not do it justice). There's hardly any traffic in the street so it's super quiet. The tram stop is around the corner, very convenient, and will take you to all the important sightseeing spots. Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly, highly recommend this beautiful, little hotel!Ps. There's a cute little bakery with delicious buns right across the street (see picture).

Thank you for letting us use your hotel for 1 night and 2 days.Thank you very much for accommodating us even though we arrived at the last minute for check-in and check-out.It's a little hard to find because it's tucked away, but thanks to this, you can spend your time in a quiet place even though it's close to the downtown area. Also, she gave me some recommended breakfast restaurants, and they were all very good! The room was clean, and I was able to spend a very comfortable time wrapped in comfortable futons with carefully selected items. If I had to say, I think it would be easier to choose a plan if you knew the differences between each room. (The floor plan is spacious as there is one room on each floor.)I don't want it to become too popular, but it was a wonderful inn that I would recommend to my friends!

The building itself is really pretty. It's a really stylish and stylish place, but I think there's probably no place in Nagasaki where the rooms are spacious and the prices are reasonable. The location is also good for going everywhere. The neighborhood was quiet, which was nice. The store owner was friendly and I made a lot of good memories.I plan to visit again! Please use my precious space with care!See the product and see it and love it.It's a place where you can use your own hands and store your own food.位置もあっちこっち行くにいいし、町も静かで本当によかったんです。When you go to the store, you can put it on the table, think about it, and put it on the table. It's time to start. It's amazing :)

Truly beautiful hotel. The room was one of the nicest I’ve stayed in for a long time, it felt like a small, stylish apartment—all for about 2/3s of what other hotels are charging in Nagasaki. Highly recommend!!
