This hotel will be closed for renovations starting next year. The parent company is Nagasaki Kensou, a construction company. We used it as a typhoon shelter, but the room was spacious enough and had everything we needed, including a bed, TV, Wi-Fi, and a refrigerator. There is no electric kettle, so we boil water with an IH heater. There are no vending machines in the building. No pajamas either. However, the accommodation fee is low considering the location with good transportation access. I get the impression that many people use this place for a long time. However, when I stayed there, there were no so-called hotel staff, and there were two men in work clothes manning the front desk. One of the two people couldn't answer questions clearly, and no matter what I asked, he would just say, ``What do you think? I don't think so. I don't really understand.'' The other person was very responsive, so I guess it's the hotel's policy to leave things up to the individual's character. What I had said at check-in about staying overnight was forgotten, saying, ``I didn't ask.'' Maybe he wasn't working at the front desk in the first place, but was dispatched from another department during the typhoon. It seems to be very good to use when there is nothing else. There were a few people who didn't like the breakfast because there weren't many staff, but I pushed them and made them laugh. It's 700 yen.

I don't know if the interior or exterior is old, but it's reasonably priced and the location is right in front of the tram station, and there's an Aeon, a post office, a discount store, and a 24-hour McDonald's 30 meters away, so it was enough for a night without meals. What was unique was that there were two washing machines installed on each floor, and detergent was sold for 30 yen. During the hot summer months, you can dry your sweaty clothes in an air-conditioned room while you sleep. This is very helpful. The staff were all friendly and easy to talk to. When I'm in Nagasaki, I've already decided to stay here. If you are looking for more, we recommend going to a luxury hotel.

This time, for work, I am using Maison Miyoshi from the Siebold chain. The reception is at Siebold, and everyone is kind. I use it monthly and it's very cheap. The outside looks very shabby, but the rooms are quite clean considering the price. If I have any work to do in Nagasaki City, I will use them again.
