We stayed here for one night. It's great to have such a B&B in Black Island. Since we don't understand Japanese, we didn't have much communication. The dinner was made with local ingredients and was delicious! Thank you for the reception

All meals are made with ingredients from the island. Both dinner and breakfast were extremely delicious. However, it is best not to expect the same level of service that you would expect from a regular inn.

I was looking for several accommodations on a certain accommodation reservation site, but couldn't find one, so I decided on Dekoden.Accommodation for one night with two meals included.Request a pick-up from Kuroshima Port. (About 15 minutes on foot?)If you arrive on the last ship, you won't be able to rent bicycles at the port because they are closed. The sashimi and boiled fish for dinner are delicious! ️

I stayed here on May 9, 2018.This is a guesthouse run by a family. It feels a little old.(The family members are members of Kuroshima Church)One night and two days, dinner and breakfast included → 6,000 yen.*A photo of the dinner is attached. One Western-style room, followed by a Japanese-style room. (Every room smells like cigarettes)There was a free bicycle rental service, but it was broken and I couldn't use it.You can walk to Kuroshima Church in about 5 minutes.① Since I didn't have any legs (vehicles), I asked my father to pick me up at the port courtesy of Yamashita Ryokan.(A side note: There was an elderly couple in the car besides me. They took a ferry to the hospital in Sasebo and were given a ride from the port to their home for a one-way 500 yen coin. Everyone on the island helped each other. (It's a good idea.)②In the summer, the sun didn't really set, so I ended up taking a walk nearby (I still had time until dinner). I walked to Kuroshima Church.③The next day (May 10, 2018) Depart from Kuroshima Port at 11:10 → Arrive at Ainoura Port at 12:00, board the ferry. We were kindly given a detailed tour of the island in time for departure. Information about Kuroshima Church (for believers) → Catholic cemetery → Ako tree → Warabi Observatory → Arrival at Kuroshima Port.*When I was making a reservation for the guesthouse, I heard that Kuroshima Church would be undergoing repairs (for several years starting in the fall of 2018) and that I would not be able to view it for the time being, so I decided to go there. It was a memorable trip with guidance from a local.Thank you.*There are three guesthouses on Kuroshima. It would be nice if I had legs (vehicles), but in my case I don't have any. I chose this guesthouse because I wanted to go to Kuroshima Church as long as I had time and I was told that they would be able to help me. The owner (father) of Yamashita Ryokan kindly helped me.I thought about renting a bicycle from the port, but I had heard that there were quite a few hills, so I talked to the owner of Yamashita Ryokan (about various things).I thought it would be helpful, so I decided to post it.I'm planning to try again in 7 years, but I hope the repairs will be completed by then. That's all I can think.(After this, I will post the place you guided me to)
