Everything sucks. It's dirty anyway. Old facilities are not maintained or cleaned. The room I checked in was full of dust and hair all over the place. The tatami mats were also in terrible condition, so I asked for a change of room. The room I moved to after waiting for about 20 minutes was also full of dust. If you drop something, dust will fly around. To make matters worse, when I tried to lay down the futon, a dirty cleaning tool (quickle wiper) came out from between the futon. The changing room in the bathroom was of course full of hair and hadn't been cleaned at all. .Of course, the breakfast was also 0 points. Cold, dry salmon and a crunchy egg roll. I couldn't finish the whole meal. The hotel is understaffed and does not seem to be in a good environment to provide services.I would like a refund.

The room did not have the atmosphere like the official website, and it actually did not have a sense of cleanliness. This is a hotel that I don't think I would want to come back to again.

A hotel in an old-fashioned tourist destination. It is a fairly large area in the area and probably accepted many citizens during the disaster.Apparently the current Emperor and Emperor Emeritus were in attendance.Although the exterior looks old, the interior has been significantly renovated and is comfortable.I wonder if the source is corona subsidies.Or perhaps the Fugendake disaster grant. However, there were some parts that didn't seem to have been expanded and renovated with customer convenience in mind, and I was a little confused when going to the public bath. Why do you have to get off from the 3rd floor to go to the public bath on the 5th floor?Among the meals we had during our stay, there was nothing delicious that left a lasting impression on us.When the food is served again, he doesn't even look at me when I raise my hand, and doesn't even notice when I call out to him...I think this has happened to me multiple times, with local part-timers...Staff training is also poor.Well, I can't help it.

I had a good impression that the staff took great care of me. There was no bath in the room due to lack of confirmation at the time of reservation, but the hot spring was not crowded and I was able to spend a comfortable time. My only complaint was that the desk was too small to work in the room. Just sleeping is all you need.

The price is low, but the building is old and the rooms are quite worn out. However, the view from the hot springs is nice. Since it is not a hot spring town, there are not many restaurants nearby.
