The location is perfect but the reception is not as good as it should be. Interior decoration is old-fashioned but still clean , yet lack of staff and poor quality of dinner made our stay seemed like endless long-waiting. Not recommended for another stay.

It lacked a lot of things, but it wasn't a bad accommodation. The food was also good considering the cost of accommodation. The sashimi was surprisingly fresh and the tempura was delicious. The mackerel in miso had a nice seasoning. The beef grilled on a porcelain plate was thick, yet not greasy.I tend to get bored after eating one or two pieces of beef, but this beef didn't bother me at all and I ate 5 pieces. There aren't enough people at this inn. After all, the only employee I met from the time I entered the inn to the time I left was an old man (maybe an older brother) (lol)You are a great guy who does everything by himself, from check-in and check-out to preparing dinner and breakfast❗⌈It's amazing how you work hard with a smile on your face even though you say ⌈No one comes even if you recruit. (I know exactly how you feel.)That's why I only recommend this inn to people with an open heart. If you can't stand the inconvenience of poor service or slow service, it's better to stay elsewhere.Although the cleaning wasn't great and the hot springs were disappointing, I personally felt it was a good stay.

I chose this hotel based on price and stayed overnight without meals as I was headed to Oirase Gorge early in the morning. If I had to pick a disappointing point, I would say that the parking space in front of the inn is full, so you have to leave a little further away, there is no convenience store nearby, so you have to do your breakfast and other shopping in the city beforehand, and if you go from the Hirosaki side, it is surrounded by trees. The only positives were that it was a long and narrow mountain road, so it was dark at night and I was nervous and tired from driving. It's right in front of Towada Shrine, so you can enjoy a forest bath while visiting the shrine, and walk along Lake Towada along the path of good luck. Although it is not a hot spring, it was comfortable to use.The customer service was also very pleasant, as they were kind enough to let me use the microwave for breakfast even though I arrived late with advance notice.

I booked a smoking room at this inn through a reservation site, and to be honest, I was a little worried, but I was glad that it didn't smell like cigarettes at all.The people at the hostel were polite and greeted me, and I had a good impression. The food was so delicious that I ended up eating so much that I ended up having to refill it.I was lucky because the bathroom was relatively empty. It was good because it was within walking distance from the inn to the Maiden Statue. The automatic door at the entrance was broken, so I was disappointed that it had to be done manually.

I split my reservations with a friend, and my friend made a reservation for this inn. As soon as I entered, I had to wait a long time to check in, and the language and explanations were very poor. …

Both dinner and breakfast were delicious. Instead of a buffet, you can eat at a table in each room at the restaurant. There was a sign at the front desk that said, ``We are working hard with a small staff. …

The first thing I saw were slippers (more than 10 sets) that had been left unsheathed. There was no one at the counter and they couldn't come right away even if I called.Setting up bedding is self-service.The grilled food (fish-based) and tempura (wild vegetable-based) were cold and hard and not tasty. At breakfast, soy sauce and dressing didn't come out unless I asked for it. Refills of rice were ordered, but the employees seemed to be busy so it was difficult to ask for them.Overall, I think there are too few employees and they are not able to provide a satisfactory service (comparable to the price).

I think the price is reasonable, but I felt like they were understaffed overall. I don't think they would have been able to help me with my meals unless I went to ask them. …

It's really scary!!! When I arrived, I was told that I couldn't pay by credit card, but there was a sign at the reception desk that said credit cards were accepted. At first, I said that I didn't know how to use the card payment machine, and that there was no one today who knew, but that was a lie!!!A middle-aged man was doing everything by himself.I insisted on calling the person who knew how to use the machine, but he just shook his head and said no.In the end, we relented and paid in cash. If you don't have cash, how will you prepare it in Lake Towada, where there are no convenience stores or banks? The company was on the verge of bankruptcy, couldn't hire any employees, was struggling to raise funds, and it took a long time to convert money by card, so it seemed like they were lying. Also, the lights in the entrance and lobby were not turned on, so it was dark. The bath is not a hot spring, but regular heated water. The food is terrible!!!When I ordered a second helping of rice, the kitchen heated up the frozen rice in the microwave and served me a terrible meal that smelled like old rice from the fridge.I can't give any stars!!!It made sense that there were hardly any other people staying there. This is the worst slut!
